- BLEACH's Hell Arc promises a manga continuation, with an all new storyline, in this video I will be predicting Tite Kubo's next move with his BLEACH manga, and if we can expect to see the return of the BLEACH manga in 2023.

I hope Kubo will expand on this exciting plot point. But if he does he shouldn't be stressed with a weekly release schedule. A monthly schedule would be fine for more pages and considering he's also working with the anime team.
I feel like he'll just make drafts and give it to the anime staff to animate rather than returning to manga. DBS used to do something similar to this
I think a monthly schedule would work great for this. Plus, he's a vet and OG mangaka now so he's more than earned how he wants to do things.

Maybe he will draw background if it goes monthly but I don't like monthly manga cuz it takes forever to reach the end. Biweakly is the most optimal for readers but idk what authors thinks.
I'll take anything Kubo wants to give. These last 10 years have taught me to be patient and after Kentaro Miura's passing I learned to accept loose ends as part of a masterpiece

@@amitkenan3878 Tbf If we ignore Genryuusai, Unohana should of been the strongest at the time as the Kenpachi title suggests
so although they've been portrayed to have a lot of vainglory in comparison to the current gotei, all we really know is that they're capped at Unohanas power level ( unless they can get stronger within hell). I do believe this is where the story will end up going tbh, I just hope not too many past characters qualify for hell.

If Ulquiorra does come back in this arc, I’m more interested in seeing him interact w/ Orihime again than Ichigo. I really want to know how much he’s changed after Orihime helped him understand the meaning of the heart and human connections.
Sadly, Ulquiorra is an ancient Hollow that was born in Hueco Mundo and was never a human. It was revealed in his backstory in one of the databook. So he will not be sent to hell

He didn't die due to a zanpakuto and that means his soul wasn't cleanse and sent to the soul society to the reincarnate as a human.

I love Kubo's response. After what he went through I'm glad he's able to create when he wants to. All we have to do is stop asking him and we'll get content sooner
The way they rushed him and worked him in the end to the point where he got sick and even almost lost his love for making manga was unfortunate, but I'm glad he's in a much better place physically and mentally and that he's finally get his flowers.
I respect them for that when you think about it what does an artist want to do create art he doesn't want people on his back 247 every day for something new Artist must think freely not with a ball and chain

It's his own fault for leaving it on a cliffhanger. He could have easily tied up the ending instead teasing that there might be more.

The Power Moves that Kubo has done is absolutely masterful! The way he's used the popularity of Burn the Witch to get the power and respect he should've had when writing/ending Bleach is great to see.

Fullbring = Ichigo
TYBW = Ishida
Hell Arc = Chad

One thing I would personally love to see in the Hell Arc is just some more time with Gin. His general shitstirring antics in Soul Society are some of my favourite moments in the series and I'd love to see him fight again with how crafty he is with Shinso during fights.

Damn I can’t believe the work kubo puts on this manga. He would need to know the history of Japan and other nationality of every realm. And he would need to know the history of every religion. I respect this man of his passion
theres MANY hints at Yhwach coming back to haunt ichigo in the future, he literally threatens ichigo 10 years in the future when he has the almighty activated, you get yhwach's reaitsu coming in kazui's room, and yhwach coming back to kill yamamoto after 1000 years is also something to count in it

I definitely want to see The Characters from Burn The Witch interact with Ichigo and Expand more into the West Branch of The Soul Society or the Other Branches.
Yea it would be cool if them and the Fullbringers team up to take on the enemies of Hell.
My biggest hope (and fear) for the Hell Arc is that returning characters (and new ones) aren't presented as eviler version of what they were. Hell is uisually the set-up for comically evil characters and monsters because it's Hell but since Ukitake and previous captains are in, I hope there's going to be a more nuanced depection of this place. Seeing Gin and Ulquiorra in more somber but calmer personality would be great, Ulquiorra especially since he finally understood what Heart was. Imagine him meeting up with Ichigo again without any need for a bitter rivalry or revenge, maybe even having Ulqu asking Ichigo how Orihime is doing. This is the only thing I want from this arc.

For zaraki , i think its going to be all the previous kenpachis and then finally hell unohana as his greatest opponent once again.
Kubo is a conundrum..... He wants people to stop pushing him to finish it and yet, he LOVES when people push him to keep going.
Since all Espada's have large amount of Reishi and are pretty much the "captains" in terms of combat for the Arrancar, it's safe to assume all of those that died in the Arrancar arc are in hell. Hopefully we get to see them again especially Starrk and Baraggan.
Respectfully disagree. A menos killed by a zanpakuto has all of its souls purified. (ichibe explains this at the beginning of cfyow) and the ritual to send souls to hell is specifically for captain level SHINIGAMI. None of the dead espada had the ritual done to them. The ones that are in hell are there due to their human sins. We may see Aaroniero (he was sent to hell in the hell verse tie-in chapter) and Szayelaporro. Ulquiorra and stark are likely in soul society as purified souls.
I want Yhwach to come back cause there are so many hints that he’s still alive in some way especially within CFYOW. I feel like if he do comes back though the plot will be really complex for Kubo to write. But then again if he was to return and retain his memories that’s equivalent to giving a God a second chance and that alone is a tremendous fear. Nobody is going to be able to stop him so that is one reason why I see Kubo not bringing him back.
Just like I don't believe that Unohana is dead. Her sword didn't disappear like when a Shinigami dies.
Isn't Yhwach used as the new Linchpin of the worlds since he killed the Soul King?

I have another suggestion on which culture could be used to represent new cast of antagonists: Indian.
Here are some of my reasons:
- Indian aesthetics will fit Kubo's worldbuilding, having deep ties to buddhism.
- Hinduism has one of the most interesting depictions of hell, so there's a lot of material for inspiration.
- In one-shot Szayelaporro's clothes resembles attires of theravada buddhist monks.
- The way Szayelaporro was describing hell looked like he achieved some twisted form of nirvana after falling there. And nirvana is one of crucial concept of hindu.
Of course, these are just my thoughts and what I personally would consider cool to see.

I hope we could see a brand new Coyotte Starrk interacting with Shunsui, perhaps we could see ex-Arrancars fight Shinigamis, or maybe team up with them against some kind of evil, this arc potential is truly limitless.

I for one am *very* exited for a lot of the possible plot points and battles the Hell arc could introduce. Aside from some of the ones you mentioned (Isane vs Unohana, Shunsui vs Ukitake), I'd also like to see things as Zaraki taking on all the other Kenpachi at once, proving once and for all he is the only worthy inheritor of Unohana's title, perhaps Rukia and Bykakuya fighting Ginrei Kuchiki, seeing the Zero Squad actually do something worthwile, and perhaps seeing Ichibe get his comeuppance for participating in the Original Sin.
Also seeing Aizen use his Bankai against hell Yamamoto, seeing Uryu's Vollstandig, and seeing a Segunda Etapa from Harribel and Grimmjow as they fight against Baraggan and Yammy perhaps.
I'd like to add to isane vs unohana's battle is zaraki and to shunsui vs uki is old yama

The thought of Aizen revealing and using his bankai against Yamamoto is a dream matchup like Yhwach vs Ichibe.
So hyped for this one. Currently rewatching Bleach with some friends who've never seen it (skipping filler) and it's been such a delight.

You really should watch some of the filler, The Muramasa/Sword Beasts Arc rivals what we seen in canon in terms of quality. Also the anime kind of treats Bount as canon during the Early Arrancar Arc if you try to skip it, you'll notice. My 1 regret for Blood War is that it is so rushed & it really could use minor filler to flesh it out more. Kind of like the episode where we learned Harribel's backstory as she was impaled by Aizen.

In this new arc I wanna see uryu volstandig and full potential of his Schrift.

@@amitkenan3878 Drinking Yhwach’s blood is how you get a schrift. To get Volltandig you need to be given an item to allow you to do it, it’s just like how Uryu had the Sanrei glove to allow him to use Letzt Stil.
Theres just no way bleach ends on this chapter. I hope Kubo finds the time to keep writing and can do it on his terms. Monthly probably better than weekly

I don't think characters sent to hell, like Yama, will come back as evil/enemies. Why would they be evil? Also, Yama was an "evil" shinigami, when he died, why isn't he sent to hell automatically?

I honestly was thinking it would tend towards a more Greco-Roman style realm of the underworld just naming it Hell. I fell like in the center of hell would be something that those captains would be guarding like the ancient Titans of the Greco-Roman pantheon. I like the idea that the Captains continued their duty beyond their deaths and it would add good redemption arcs for Gin and Tosen. I also think an Italian system would tie to closely to Spanish as the languages are very similar even more so than other romance languages. Also a Greco-Roman style in hell would be amazing

I'll be honest, I didn't know this chapter existed until I clicked on this video. I just finished reading it: very well done. I'm looking forward to seeing this expanded on in either a manga serial or a anime only adaptation with Kubo at the head. Alighieri's work is largely poetry but there are concrete descriptions of each circle of hell including divisions and nuances of each one such as the city of Dis. The deeper you go, the more interconnected it all seems until the last circle: a pit of ice reserved for traitors - this is a void that seems to exist in isolation and the Devil's maw perpetually devours the likes of Judith and I believe two(?) other famous traitors from history.
I liked Purgatory the most from a poetry PoV but for brutality Inferno is the best.
I would love to have more chapters as long as it doesn’t hurt Kubo’s health tho.

I hope this arc doesn't just give us returning characters, I want to see brand-new ones as well. I suppose the original Gotei are kinda new since we know nothing about them and there are other captains that we know little to nothing about like Kiganjo and Kuruyashiki and the other Kenpachis that we've never seen.
Though my big want is to see some denizens of Hell that have been there since ancient times. Something really old and powerful.
I so wish Unohana and Zaraki would have a second fight, but this time with Unohana more stronger thanks to the Hell influence, and then Zaraki could team up with Isane in this battle. It would be very cool to see the two closest persons to Unohana showing her what they become (and a great way for we to finally know what is Isane's shikai ability, as well as her bankai).
I doubt, that Shunsui will fight against Yamamoto, the only one who have chance against him is Ichigo. I dont think, that Ulqiorra is cast to Hell, because right before his death he started to "redeem".
I think Kubo might be making hell arc manga right now so he can release it weekly without any worries.
Or just release it in parts. No one ever said he has to release it in any of the magazines. Could strictly release it book by book.
So to his Hell arc is like an epilogue and an original story of existence itself in the Bleach world which sort of makes it a full circle.

Great video. Simo Urahara just made a video about the Nobles and their original sin with the soul king and how they control things that way. What if it wasn’t the hellverse that influenced the Nobles to commit the original sin but the Nobles did that to imprison certain people in hell for their own reason. I am sure they would have thrown Kenpachi in there if he didn’t benefit them. Now like all things, the bill has come due. Hell has now found a way to gain strength and now threaten Soul Society, Hueco Mundo and the world of the living.

I think the ruler of hell can control the captains in hell like how Orochimaru controlled the bodies of the first and second Hokage.
Love the idea of the 2 fish. Dungeons and Dragons has a similar thing with 2 "snakes" eating eachother's tail. One is said to be wounded at the bottom of Hell.
Love your videos man. I think it would be crazy if ichigo somehow saw his mom in hell. Granted quincys who are killed by hollows are erased from existence but that would be a huge twist if he somehow saw her.

Probably wishful thinking, but It would be so epic if in the Hell Arc, if continued, they'll be a second battle of Karakura Town between the combined forces of Shinigami, Arrancar, and remnants of the Quincy army against the forces of Hell.
That would be epic. The various former enemies united to save everyone. Even humans may get involved with evacuations/rescues. Sure they won't be able to see what's going on and Gotei 13 will certainly have contingencies but still, given many other places will be in danger we may see mortals involved for the first time.

I hope Bleach receive a sequel where the one shot left off. I am more curious if we are going to see future children of the main or support characters beside Kazuki and Ichika. Although I will be very happy to see Gin in his Hell form reunited with Rangiku and finally tell his true feelings for her.
About the fish analogy, I'm thinking the exact opposite. It's Hell who used to be a bigger fish and 'died' as in been separated from the other world, so WotL, SS and HM started to flourish when they were once weaker. But there's a price to pay for that, and it's due.
This arc has potential to be the best arc hands down if kubo is committed to work on it i'm hopeful he will be back.

Is it just me or did everyone forget that the Arrancar are essentially part soul reapers and that the deaths of captain LEVEL soul reapers go to hell because they can't be recycled back into the seireitei due to their souls being too dense from the immense level of spiritual pressure? If hollows die by zanpakuto they go to the soul society...so what happens then if those hollows are captain level?

I have a theory that the gates of Hell opened as a consequence of the Arrancar arc. If captains spiritual pressure is too dense to maintain in the soul society then the same thing may be true for Vasto Lordes and since they typically eat eachother we can assume that 3/4 or their deaths may have had more than an impact than Ywach and Old man Yama.
Hopefully They will reveal some Bankai And I want to see Robert and BG9 And Cang Du and Driscoll and The original Gotei 13 Captains will return
I think hell arc will continue after the tybw arc is done airing like all 4 parts. But the anime for the hell arc I would depend on how well the hell arc does and if there’s an anime I would say it would be announced after the hell arc in manga is done.
There is only 1 guaranteed thing in the Hell Arc and that's Shunsui using his emergency Aizen card.
After all these years and out of the big three from Shonen Jump, Bleach is my all time favorite.
I can't really explain it well but I just like Bleach more than Naruto or One Piece.

The 9 levels of hell don’t get worse and more evil the lower you go. They are levels that are made for specific sins and the punishment is made to reflect those sins.
It would also be really cool if Kenpachi Zaraki was able to master his bangkai in hell because I mean it really turns him into a demon or devil so you would assume that his bangkai is from hell to begin with....

You’re misunderstanding… gates of hell weren’t opening because j yhwach and Aizen were defeated…. They simply say vanished …. Which the time frame on that is after kazui absorbs yhwach reiatsu…… my guess Aizen escaped muken after kazui absorbed yhwach….

Man you think exaclty like me regarding Sado, the way his character es built I would really like for him to be AT LEAST lieutenant level and have a one shot final attack as destructive as a bankai, he really deserves it.
