I ate less and did exercise for 45 minutes a day and lost 14kg in a month. I went swimming which has helped me a lot. I did swimming 4 times a week for 1hour. If not swimming running also is very effective. I did not go dieting but I ate a lot less than I normally eat.
1. Drink Green Tea before each meal. 2. Eat 2 boiled eggs for breakfast + allowed tomato juice or raw tomatoes. 3. Eat lean protein and egg whites for lunch 4. Restrict to steamed vegetables or boiled protein for dinner. (Idk what rusk is though , whats up with an all dairy dinner on Day 2)
I used to say to myself that I am weak when there is no rice, it is wrong that I am stronger even without rice because vegetables, meat, chicken are what make me strong even though I do a lot. I haven't eaten rice for 4 months and my sugar is 5.8 normal. I weigh 50kg. At first it's hard to remove the rice but don't be surprised a little until it's released. I am also fasting. my pcos cyst is slowly bursting. thank you because I also discipline myself at the right time to eat and eat the right food. I know I can do it, I know you can do it too. drink more water and before you eat drink first water and green tea after our meals.

I love green tea... but I do think my taste buds are messed up because I don’t like burgers but I like steak. I don’t like hotdogs but I like sausages. I don’t like pickles but I like cucumbers.
First you need to change your mindset, change your life style. I lost 56 pounds in a year, I follow healthy Keto. After a year I am allowing myself to have one cheat day . I am happy, healthy and most importantly changed my relationship with food. Sugar craving is an addition , I live a day at a time. I know if I go back to my bad habits I will gain all or even more. I believe you can be around friends n family while doing this. I do know this will work. I am not much of and eatter because of belly issues and a Thyroid. I had nothing but green tea with splenda and scrambled eggs and a nice veggie salad, oopps I left out the tomatoes. And I lost 9lbs in a week. I wasn't trying or thinking it would work it was what my digestive system could handle. I also walked and a couple hrs a day. Best wishes to you. Exercise is very important. Have a good one 😊.

There is more nutrition in the yoke of the egg than the white. So why eat only the white part of the egg at lunch. To get the full nutrition of the egg you must eat the whole egg.
This diet totally works. It's been more than year since I followed this diet, and my belly never came back I did this diet for longer period than 3 days just to be sure and have ever since avoided all the bad foods and drinks that would bring me back to square one.
I tried a diet just like this in the 1990s. I lost 10 pounds each week. (Follow this for 3 days and eat sensibly the other 4), but I was always hungry during the 3 days
please don't, drinking to much green tea can have serious consciences. One cup per day it's good but drinking after every meal 2 to 3 cups can give u a seriouse diarrhea and much more.
Dont eat sugar, but however eat as much as you see fit in proteins like meat and carbs like pastas. Then after that burn it all off by playing football or *soccer in us* every day for the rest of your life. Pretty soon you will be able to run half a marathon in 90 mins
Tried this with a friend starting Monday of this week. I lost 6 pounds she (my friend) lost 7 pounds in the 3 days. We weren't looking to lose weight but hey, we'll take it I guess. We were more interested in what the results would be. Of course when your body drops weight it doesn't do it in one particular area (belly) but I can say that you do lose the bloat that you regularly carry around from your normal diet. Overall this wasn't hard to do like most diets but it does take a day or two getting used to eating such small portions. ProTip: take your time eating the portions and drink a lot of green tea to keep yourself from feeling hungry. Oh and these "meals" are thee absolute blandest. Good luck.
Using herbs & spices will help u with taste & shouldn’t have a negative effect. Most of them have medicinal properties that help w/weight loss & overall health. (Minus salt of course)!!
for me the "getting used" part is the most important. Once my stomach stops getting treats and fullness at all times and starts being fine with it (usually 2-3 days) it's a lot easier to keep healthy with the food.

First you need to change your mindset, change your life style. I lost 56 pounds in a year, I follow healthy Keto. After a year I am allowing myself to have one cheat day . I am happy, healthy and most importantly changed my relationship with food. Sugar craving is an addition , I live a day at a time. I know if I go back to my bad habits I will gain all or even more. That is the reason that I stick to my new lifestyle and also do Intermediate fasting. A lot of water also

Misleading title. By the time you reach the end of the video you realize there are several other food items including green tea.
This diet actually works! I was hesitant but I needed a diet plan that I can follow and not feel hungry all the time. I lost 1.2 kg in 3 days.. I did only 7 min of workout daily. 100% recommended 👌

I believe you can be around friends n family while doing this. I do know this will work. I am not much of and eatter because of belly issues and a Thyroid. I had nothing but green tea with splenda and scrambled eggs and a nice veggie salad, oopps I left out the tomatoes. And I lost 9lbs in a week. I wasn't trying or thinking it would work it was what my digestive system could handle. I also walked and a couple hrs a day. Best wishes to you. Exercise is very important. Have a good one 😊.

This diet totally works. It's been more than year since I followed this diet, and my belly never came back I did this diet for longer period than 3 days just to be sure and have ever since avoided all the bad foods and drinks that would bring me back to square one.
Can I use green tea with honey? I can't imagine taking a cup of green tea with no sugar at all. Please advise if using honey instead is fine.

I tried a diet just like this in the 1990s. I lost 10 pounds each week. (Follow this for 3 days and eat sensibly the other 4), but I was always hungry during the 3 days

please don't, drinking to much green tea can have serious consciences. One cup per day it's good but drinking after every meal 2 to 3 cups can give u a seriouse diarrhea and much more.

Dont eat sugar, but however eat as much as you see fit in proteins like meat and carbs like pastas. Then after that burn it all off by playing football or *soccer in us* every day for the rest of your life. Pretty soon you will be able to run half a marathon in 90 mins

yes.. about 90 mins a day. nothing too strenuous. 30 mins walking on a treadmill and a few nautilus machines. however no ab exercises at all

It's an easy to follow adkins or any low carb diet. It's just low carb.
Tried this with a friend starting Monday of this week. I lost 6 pounds she (my friend) lost 7 pounds in the 3 days. We weren't looking to lose weight but hey, we'll take it I guess. We were more interested in what the results would be. Of course when your body drops weight it doesn't do it in one particular area (belly) but I can say that you do lose the bloat that you regularly carry around from your normal diet. Overall this wasn't hard to do like most diets but it does take a day or two getting used to eating such small portions. ProTip: take your time eating the portions and drink a lot of green tea to keep yourself from feeling hungry. Oh and these "meals" are thee absolute blandest. Good luck.

for me the "getting used" part is the most important. Once my stomach stops getting treats and fullness at all times and starts being fine with it (usually 2-3 days) it's a lot easier to keep healthy with the food.
