Great video. Think one element that needs to be added into the framework is "expense". Events are fast and medium to do, but often cost prohibitive for modest budgets, making some of the other tactics much more appealing for early stage Marketing. Difficulty perhaps should factor in cost.

Thanks for sharing. All of these are powerful lead gen tactics, if done with some efforts and thoughts. Just make sure you have your messaging, narrative, and talking points, and website nailed down first.

Thank you for your video TK Kader! Does prioritizing the 8 tactics in terms of difficulty/speed mean you are prioritizing them in terms of ROI? Can you also provide a prioritization based on time vs. quality leads, not just quantity?
The quality of leads based on channel varies wildly depending on your target market.

What are your thoughts on field sales reps? Say we have a major metro area with a big concentration of our ICP and we have reps actually knocking on their doors...
It depends on the math.... If the unit economics are strong, then I'd say double down. If not, then you can augment the reps with a some of these pipeline strategies to give them aircover.
Hi TK, can you share a bit more why you would regard content + SEO as slow strategy? From your experience how long does it take usually to build strong inbound through this tactic?
It depends, but generally speaking, it can take 4 to 6 months (Sometimes more) to deliver true results in my personal experience. If you are doing blogs, make sure you follow all the best practices and tools for benchmarking your keywords (We use SEMrush), first-page indexing should take some time, but if you do it right, the long-term results are excellent. 90% of our leads come from our Blogs which are topics directed to our ICP, but this takes patience and time!
I agree with Manu. SEO has a 4 to 6 month (minimum) lag time, and that's if you are targeting keywords and creating content that you know will convert to real revenue. This is why I always recommend honing in on your messaging and value proposition through faster feedback channels and then investing in SEO as an additional channel.
What software are you using to record?
I disagree with some points. Cold email is the fastest and cheapest way to get feedback. AND you don't need 7 touches to get a response. You're doing it wrong if you :)

Ur right, social is immensely wasteful unless ur true authority In space. Cold email is superior to test msg fit, iterate. But the game has made it way way harder to deliver vol, cost of leads, and personalization lvl needed to get good PRR, plus u need a bunch automation tools, sop, and team to drive the engine from overseas. Each top lvl point here requires armies, so the value derived from this top lvl is minimal, albeit appreciated. Key is major focus.

I've been writing for founders on LinkedIn. Sometimes a post with 5 likes will give 3 inbound meetings and a post with 100 likes gives zero meetings. Is anyone here considering writing on LinkedIn?
