Very helpful video, the flow you've outlined here is brilliant. My only issue is with the 8th step - "math". It's derived off of pre-defined rates that you often don't know until you go through the GTM and generate data. I guess you can work off assumptions / industry averages but that can be misleading. This is very helpful overall - would love to get a look at those frameworks ;)

Industry best practices are a great start and then you can tweak from there as you start to collect data.
