Toronto TTC Streetcars and Subways, Various Lines, on 15.03.12

First, an out-of-service train of the new Bombardier Toronto Rocket cars heads through Lawrence West station on the Yonge-University-Spadina line as a northbound train of the same cars loads and heads toward Finch.
Next, I ride the Y-U-S line from Lawrence West to Eglinton West, stopping at Glencairn in between. I get off at Spadina, where Bombardier and Hawker-Siddeley cars are seen north and southbound.
Walking through the long transfer tunnel between the Y-U-S and the Bloor-Danforth line and streetcar terminal, I opted for the 510-Spadina streetcar, and ended up at its underground loop station. Two streetcars are here, and the first one departs without loading passengers- another is immediately behind it. It pulls up to the platform and loads passengers for the run down Spadina to the Harbourfront and Union Station.
