Thank you for these stretches , lm 60 and l just found out l have -3.3 osteoarthritis , so I’ll be following on your videos , am used to doing exercises Pilates , yoga weights , but now l need to know what l can do and can’t do with osteoarthritis ..so thank you again ,
I have osteoporosis of the spine and hip. I live in the Andes of Ecuador now and walk everywhere. The paths on which I walk are FAR from level or uniform. Because of this, my husband and I need to find good stretching routines that we both can use so we can at least not pull something while we walk. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with all of us.

#2 I am 68 yr female with osteopenia. I have been exercising since the pandemic and am in fairly good shape. I am concerned that some of the exercises I do may not be helpful for the osteopenia. I am trying to learn what would be good for me at this stage of life. I am from NJ, USA
