Not enough thumbs in the world to express how much this helped me and how grateful I am for the INSTANT RELIEF after over a week of pain, multiple therapists, PT, massage therapist, myofascial release, etc. laying in bed at 1:30am with throbbing stabbing pain in shoulder even meds not working. In a few short minutes with Dr Rowe….RELIEF before the video is even over!!! God bless you sir!!!!!

I did all of these except the towel one as I'm on my laptop right now. I became very relaxed in a short time
What I also appreciate is the fact that I could easily do all of these in my small nyc room, no muss, no fuss

Instant relief on my left shoulder. Been having these numbness and pulsating nerve pain. Did the stretch by holding the arm at the back on the affected side and faced the other way while rotating my head up and down. That did the trick! Thanks Dr Rowe!

@@DrRowe I'm also a resident of St Joseph. Been going to the Chiropractor in Berrien Springs for a few weeks. My primary care physician hasn't been able to help with it either but I have severe pain in my Tricep Brachii ( left arm) when I move it in certain ways. Like standing against a wall I can raise my arms up and only touch my right arm against the wall , left arm can only bend back so far. Also ( I posted a comment on the inner thigh pain episode from two years back) my inner thigh tendon is hurting so bad I can't get on and off a bike . This has been going on for two months. Are there any videos on your channel you can suggest for my arm? I had started walking and running in 2019 lost 70 lbs the first year. But gaining it back thanks to being less and less mobile. 😂 56 and all of a sudden falling apart.

I have this in my right arm! My right arm has been shut down for months!
I've already had my 4th, 5,6, & 7th vertebrae fused for when this happened down my left arm 8 years ago.
I've. Even getting on stop burning from the trapezius muscles and the muscles going up the base of my skull.
I've done these exercises and they continue to stay fired up! If I work them out, they will fire right back up again a few days later.

The one hit spot in muscles I can't seem to get rid of the most is on top of my right shoulder. Behind the collar bon and in front of the shoulder on the tip.

@@jeffallen3382same spot and these just made it hurt worse. I’m going to be looking at other videos. This isn’t it. It is my right arm so I don’t think looking towards it helps. I wish he would say something about the side that hurts and not just telling us to do both directions. Hope you find relief!

@@pinkflamingodingo9910 I kinda stumbled upon some relief in my shoulders. The muscle on the top of my shoulder from my neck out to the top of my shoulder. On the back side of the collar bone... If I take a golf ball or even a tennis ball and roll/press down on that muscle. I get relief from the burning I have in my elbow.
I'm 2 months past getting my neck injection as my pain clinic just up & closed their doors on me. I am not able to get into another one till the end of October and I'm not even sure when they will be able to do anything at that time anyways... But this golf ball truck is at least helping me somewhat.
Sleeping on my sides seems to make the pain worse as I think it bows my shoulders inward. If that makes sense?
Try the golf ball or even a tennis ball and see if you can loosen those muscles up some? Good luck and I hope you can find some relief?

Hi Dr. Rowe! Hoping you can help with my situation: sleeping flat on my back with only head support almost always guarantees I will wake up with lower back discomfort and internal aching (bowels, kidneys, etc). That has been the case for most of my teen and young adult life. The only relief and surefire way of avoiding this issue is sleeping with my knees or shoulders elevated to lessen the arch of my lower back, caused by my pelvis tilting down and forwards. Of course when I engage my core flat on my back, everything comes in alignment. Hopefully you know what I'm going through! Just concerned with spinal alignment, especially when laying down for 8 hours every night

Well, yesterday he worked it again, and this morning, it hurts bad at the base of my skull, down my neck. Is it supposed to hurt?? Even the sides of my neck hurt. I'm going to definitely try this method to see if I can get some relief! I like my chiropractor because I can tell my hump is going away but it sure is painful!

All actions progress through time, there is no action that lasts no amount of time (aka an instant).
Therefore, any use of "instantly" to describe actions is hyperbole, exaggeration, flowery bombastic language choices often to convey excitement.
We could choose to start cutting up language, chopping off strictly unnecessary parts, creating a very bland boring language. It would also be impossible, as the definitions of "strictly unnecessary" are entirely arbitrary, dependant on each individuals choice, opinion.
My opinion is that the use of "instantly" here is tolerable, even understandable, as the contents of the video are quality. Were the contents mere junk nonsense, then it certainly would be an intolerable click bait tactic instead of an excitement boasting hyperbole.
      ___
However, I must point out how much this use of "instantly" sounds/looks like what one might hear/see in an infomercial at 4am which might not be what was intended😅

    • @djdarq6311
      @djdarq6311 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

@@skryptrewe add words to the dictionary every day as language expands. I think we all know the guy has a point. It’s not “instant” relief, but it’s better for clicks. In this case, because the content is so good, the bait is very forgivable. That said, there are 1000 other words to use.
