Looking for ways/exercises to improve my posture- head and shoulders back, arms relaxed and lengthened and standing/sitting taller. Trying to resist gravity, lol.
I’ve got spondylitis in my neck and I came across a video the other day in which the advice was not to stretch the neck by bending the head to the side. I worked through your exercises but was unsure whether to do the ones which involved bending the head to the side. I would value your opinion, thanks as the other exercises did feel good 😊
This video is AMAZING. I will check back to see if you add something for low back pain. I also (like one of the others who left a comment ) have spondy and bad low back arthritis which are the two worst issues with my low back!

The pain described in your video is EXACTLY the pain I am experiencing in my neck and shoulders. Beginning today I will be start these exercises. Incidentally the pain I am experiencing may be archery related. I do shot a lot of arrows using a 40 lb. recurve bow. I have never experienced this pain before BUT I have never been this old (79) before! LOL! I will let you know how these exercises help. Thank you for the video.
Absolutely incredible, I've been strugling with upper back pain for around 5 years, I tried a lot of things and spent a lot of money but pain always comes back. That first strengthening exercise absolutely worked wonders for me, I've had tension headaches for years and now they're gone, it's such a relief. It's been less than a week I've been doing these and it's already a life changer. Thank you.
First: TY, TY, TY. A couple of days ago began having SEVERE upper back pain and can barely rise up to get out of bed. The pain was so intense I was afraid that this was it and I’d have to be bedridden.I have been suffering with Low back pain for years and need a walker whenever I go outside. I found this video at about 3:30 this morning and it’s now 7am and finally I am feeling relief. It’s amazing. Thank you so much for your generosity and sharing this. I know I must sound corny but I am tearing up just from this UNBELIEVABLE release. I did not think this could happen. I look forward to getting out more often which, along with these stretches, may even put a dent in my chronic low back pain. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can’t get on the floor so I do the first bunch of stretches from the side of bed, leaning on my desk.

Old mom here. Lol. My problems started in my first pregnancy. I'm 53 now and have massive issues with my deep core and pelvic floor. Dr. Rowe is incredible, but 3 out of 4 women have pelvic floor issues. Dr Melissa Oleson here on TH-cam has incredible videos. Check her out. I have been repeatedly pulling something in my inner scapula for 2 decades now. I've always assumed its a weak rhomboid. I got a rowing machine and started doing very light weights lateral raises, front raises, planks etc just trying to strengthen my shoulder because I had this constant clicking popping in my shoulder down into my scapula. Even though I was using 5 lb weights and doing the SLOWEST reps possible I'm talking 20 second lateral raises just trying to be as careful as possible I wake up the next day with the exact same pain I had when I tore my labrum, spams down my inner scapula and a pressure in the front part of my shoulder, as well as fluid around the acromium. I've been doing this as well as some other exercises from your videos and immediately the trouble areas/weak areas are obvious. I'll edit this when I'm all healed up to confirm how effective this is.

Thanks Dr. Rowe very good postions as I was born with Scoliosis and I carry heavy bags weighing about 10-15 lbs. each daily about 6:30AM to feed feral cats outdoors in inclement cold damp weather in N.S. Maritimes then go back home to resume feeding and caring of cats with my spouse so life's demands are always present on a daily basis. These exercises do help me. Thanks again!
