If you ever sparring before you know person who defend will lift that front leg and create defending position 🤷♂️ So your rib/body shot is useless if you not get that low kick first effectively! In reality when you try to inside low kick person most likely will step back and check it 😂
I like only last one ☝️ When you do long guard you block opponent vision, push them back and when they move balance to back leg you do chopping low kick 🦵 Very effective, very painful
He was trained at a young age to show no emotion,no pain.Constantly tested, tossed into the fire of combat from the time he could barely stand. All that to create the finest fighter the world has ever seen capable of fighting 500 men only bare-handed...that or he was probably tired that day
Another tip when u go for the cross, then rib kick, block with the left hand mid kick, to prevent any counters, if u are a southpaw style fighter, block with the right arm, mid kick to prevent counters
Brilliant video very helpful tips there as body kicks can be devastating when landed properly, shame no southpaw though but I'm used to biased videos lol
Fecha o rosto com os punhos e coloque o braço na lateral na hora do chute e levante a perna suavemente. Quando o oponente chutar alto defenda com punho.
Thanks for the video and the info... I have one question.. what about the guard when u land the kick? You get your guard down and that get you punished with a strong punch in the face. The opponent will prefer to "absorb" the kick and then hit you straight in tha face.
An elbow to the face is a devastating comeback for the 2-hand push he was showing. You will know what I mean when you do the push on an experience Muay-Thai or better yet, a Khmer fighter. They will likely to throw a quick low kick to distract you, then go over the hands with a quick elbow to the head.
I'm a bit curious to why the first combo is rear jab - rear body kick? Why not go for a normal lead jab - rear body kick? There are several pros to this combo instead of the one shown in the video. You have a longer range on the jab, you get a slight hip rotation to set up more power with the kick and making it more natural. I can't seem to understand why the combo shown in the video is better, correct me if im wrong!
@@elias.millerrr Lead Jab- Rear kick is one of the most basic combos but it could be easily read by high level fighters whereas the cross to body kick would completely take them by surprise. That's why he's insisting to throw the cross more like a jab or you could even do a 1-2 and land that kick
What's he on about saying and inside low kick won't score and it's fround upon?! Talking nonsense :s it's a very effective kick, also sets up the feint for a left body kick, teeps etc.
He kinda mumbled "but only when it's thrown like this" meaning that little hop slap thing with the front leg. if you switch low kick or throw the rear leg to the inside leg of a guy in the opposite stance that is ofc effective.
I didn't get that either, being a southpaw it's a kick that I tend to use a lot, it really puts people out of balance to then follow up with a combo and finish on a stronger kick...it's a great kick to have in your arsenal
Why would you step up to throw a leg kick? Just pivot on the ball of your foot, open up those hips, and unleash. Will look for more advanced content elsewhere.
Haha...thats funny..."Its not an effective kick"...not effective against a MT fighter bec they dont feel so much pain, but really effective against an ordinary guy. All the time i wonder how a MT guy can swallow knees and lowkicks and fights on, and when i land a knee or lowkick on a normal guy or an opponent from another Martial Art they scream and limp on the other leg and stops the training...and i talk about only 40-50% from the real impact.
Really liked the left leg inside low kick to right rib kick. Going to use that! Lovely techniques. Thank you

@@markomitic5154 Brotha respectfully I would land this on you no set up. Cheers lol
Very clear and informative explanation of simple, yet effective setups often overlooked by trainers. Thanks for sharing.
The right cross body kick one was much needed for me. Thanks a lot.
No he's fighting an Unsullied soldier.
So he is fighting a sullied soldier

@@mthemaxim5703how you know huh
In training i prefer the left hand-right-hand-right kick combo, its a really good flow. Well done guys!
Yeeeah!!! More awesome tutorials with Panicos.
This guys has balls. He actually fought MuangThai (Current Stadium Top Ranked Champ) at ONEfc Brave as hell even though he got smoked by him
He fought Manachai Yokkaosaenchaigym on Yokkao 23 and annihilated this guy lol. The man does have balls.
I mean Manachai annihilated him
Wonderful, need to test these, I am tired of not landing my kicks
What a great athletic physic.... Keep up bro
The last one makes so much sense. It's not even a punch but it's unexpected and blocks the opponents vision.
Great set up. loved this. thank you.
Superb stuff dude 👍
One of the best Muay Thai tutorials.
Thanks boss
Regards,
Ahmad,
The push you showed is severly underused in the west. A sad fact since it is very effective midrange.
Lol not for me imma use it to my advantage when I'm ready to start taking fights.my opponents won't know what hit them lol 🤣
15 people downvote this because they hate getting kicked in the body
and 15 People liked your commet. (i am one of them)
Very nice! Will be giving these a try in sparring.
very nice technique when you push pay attention to the back elbow.
Good reminders . Thank you!

Wow very pure technique.

We train inside low kicks as setups only aswell for strikes/sweeps or clinch entry.
Great set up technique
great tips. thank you
Nice one
Good, clear instructions! Great stuff as usual!
Thanks for the upload. That push setup is interesting. Will give it a try!

awesome thank you for the vid
Beautiful combo can you post a video of using unorthodox combos for examples double right hand jab, uppercut
Very Good
Ahhh, Muay thai🤤
combo: a left jab then a right hook would be go to set up a body kick with the left leg
nice! Thx
thanks for vid
'My beautiful assistant'...?
Would love to see some pad rounds and some play sparring from panacos
Tnx for sharing really professional just asking where about is ur place
All powers gym in stockport
Nice
is he fighting barack obama??
Thumbs up
One thing I don't understand many Thai fighters do is they keep their head stagnate within their combos. Is that just part of the style?
they do use head movement but you cant dip too low because of kicks and knees
eeek I can hear ribs cracking already
yeah i've been practicing for 5 months now, but the thing that scares me most is those elbowsss :) lol

Human I guess this is why you train the kick? You have to make it a kick that they don’t just “absorb”
Is that Greyworm?

From the hip is it 1 action ,dont pull it back after the cross🤜🏽
K1 stuff
Panicos is a phenomenal fighter and coach. His systems definitely lend themselves well to K1 Kickboxing as well as Muay Thai!
👀ok..

I think it's because they wouldn't be expecting a rear body kick to follow up right after. But I ain't no expert so don't take my word for it.
@@Innasence671 Oh yeah, good point actually, however I'd just weigh the other pros for a jab higher, in my opinion:)

That guy might not be there for any more tutorials.

No... this one you can do.. But you can't do for fighting
He does have that stereotypical British accent if u really listen
Go easy with the other guy, he's not wearing body protection.

Never kick to the body of the lead side. It's an easy catch for the opponent. This video is filled with bad advice.
can you tell me which part of this video that kick to the body with lead side? from i see from all body kick come from rear kick
Why does he look like Obama from the back
he lost me as soon as he said in the inside low is frowned upon
You're still telling with the step...so Whats the difference...he is still going to see you stepping and make the adjustment.
Too much talking. 👎👎👎👎
Great stuff
