      🤣🤣 he's quality. I haven't trained in ages and the wrong side of 40, but he's kinda made me get the muay thai mojo back on. Dust off the cobwebbs. It's the mark of a good coach that creates that enthusiasm.

      “A lot of people think that squishing the tea bag to the side is the best method to get the most amount of tea in. But when you squish the tea in, the tea becomes less effective because you’re forcing the tea to come out. That’s what you don’t want, too dangerous.
      So when the tea’s settling, don’t just squish the tea, let it simmer. It’s as simple as that. Done right, you don’t need any power or range or even technique. When the tea’s there, let it settle for thirty seconds, grab the spoon, take the bag out and chuck it into the bin.
      I like to do this when I’m making a black tea because of the nature of the tea being settled for a long period of time, it’s such a simple yet overlooked technique. But when you use it, you’ll notice the effectiveness every time.”

    0:27 No form of defence is perfect, the elbow swipe is still open to fake teep to head kick like the one Allazov landed on Superbon, the key is to switch it up and not be predictable.

  • @fwerner6260

    The defense of the teep with the right elbow is not a wise defense, what if the guy who gives the teep fakes it and makes a nasty spinning right elbow on the head or a spinning back fist or a spinning back kick on the liver, you're fucked. That left hook will miss

  • @Gabrielland150
    @Gabrielland150 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    A teep you can't push aside with leverage of your hip mate using your elbow. That is bollocks. And if you drop an ankle and pull yourself in you lose your advantage. What's with that cheap shot after? He has arms up he can just go wide with the arms and catch that. The legsweep is good that works. That is classic thai. The rest is barfight.

  • @fwerner6260
    @fwerner6260 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Best way to defend a teep is just when it comes change stance backways or side ways, the rest is risky bussines

  • @Gabrielland150
    @Gabrielland150 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    A proper front teep cannot be countered or stepped out of. No one ever caught my teeps. Always thrown them from fake swap kicks and using my arms to cover the sight of the opponent. Quick spring like motion. It is way too fast and if not performed on its own but combined into cheat kicks legkicks or faked punches no one will stop em. Not even Senchai or Buakaw. Defense is always theorical anyway.
    Good to have it, but focusing on aggressive approach is more fruitful in my opinion than balanced fight style. Choose angle, step in demolish, follow up with clinch over body under arms etc ,throw.
