Day ten complete! This is the most that I've sweated while doing this workout plan so far. My stomach is my problem area so I'm happy that I have guided workout to help this. I had to modify a lot due to preexisting back problems so what I didn't feel in my abs I felt in my legs. I'm a bit sad because I so badly wanted to do today's workouts without modifying, but I'll get over it. Safety first! There will come a day when I can complete this workout without modifying it. Good job to everyone who's participating. I believe in us.
Wow in the previous 1 month plan, the stretch days were very different. This felt like an absworkout. Still super fun though. Congratulations on completing 2 weeks besties!!🎉🎉
hello this is me in 17 dec 2024 day 1🌺💕 day 2🌺💕 (sooo dang fire) day 3🌺💕 (its realllyyyy hard for me) day 4🌺💕 (its end alreay??? i really enjoy lower pilates, im so happy^^) day 5🌺💕 day 6🌺💕 (its so hard, really, im in first period and this is came up, but im still happy^^) day 7🌺💕 (due to my internal problem, i can continue this plan after 5 days, my stocmach on fire✨) +i feel i cant leave pilates cause its makes me happy day 8 🌺💕 day 9 🌺💕 (i felt so sad today, i have to dealing my emotion, im trying so hard to finish today workout~) day 10🌺💕 (im soo happy cause i love doing abs workout hihi)
To anyone who sees this please don’t give up I have been doing this for 10 days now and my body is a lot skinnier and my waist like I have tried many workouts and stuff but nothing worked but now I’m really confident with my body🥹thank you so much
hiii madeleine! the title and thumbnail are wrong 😢 but this was a great workout. i'm the least flexible with my left leg and it was shaking so badly this workout lol!
the best would have been to watch the videos one day later so that we could do our session at the time we wanted and not when she just posted the video
