Day seventeen complete! I'm adjusting to the workouts and I'm so happy because it's (mostly) easy for me to knock them out now! My coworker complimented me today. She told me that she noticed that I've slimmed down a bit! Only 17 days into the workout and people are noticing a difference!! I'm so excited to see how well I've progressed at the end of the challenge. Good job to everyone participating. I believe in us.
Hellooooo! So for this one, I decided to take it easy because I did not enjoyed the workouts lately that much. Like I felt great after the workout, but I was not motivated anymore to do it since I knew it would be hard during the exercices. So I modified almost all the exercices (I am not flexible enough anyways to do them properly) and I enjoyed it more. Day 17 completed.
I am not flexible when it comes to my legs lol. But I am not doing the workouts 5 times a week, I do them 4 times a week. The wednesday is my rest day and the weekend. It makes it a bit less hard for me. And I am doing this challange in december all over again just to see if it get easier for me.
I have a small baby to take care of and I don't know if these workouts will be effective if I take 15-20 minutes to finish a 10 minutes workout because I take so many breaks to tend to her🥲 but doing these workouts keep me mentally sane so I manage to finish these off somehow

Сегодня в том упражнении, где сначала ноги наверху, а потом ты опускаешь их вниз, у меня первый раз получилось опустить их до пола! Правда поднять их я уже не смогла ххаха
Ну так естественно... От тренировок ты и не теряешь жир, от них ты качаешь мышцы. Чтобы худеть - нужен дефицит калорий и только. Чтоб худеть и не терять мышцы - дефицит калорий и профицит белка в рационе.
