I find it so funny that no matter how long the workout i dont feel ready to died until the last minute or two. every single time. my arms are killing me
I think for the theme of Day 9 Pilates is 'balancing' .. I tried hard to keep my body balance while did it, especially the first move.. I sweating guyss.. thankyou Madeline for always level up these move.. you know I adore you.. day 9 done

I'm still a beginner in this business and when I do some exercises, my whole body shakes a little bit. but later I feel confident in what I'm doing. also, I noticed that after the classes, although I'm hungry, I eat a smaller portion than usual. it's very cool. i like it.

Упражнения классные, однако очень трудно даются мне, вес давит на колени и эти упражнения с коленями я выполняю немножко плохо, к сожалению. Но надеюсь скоро вес вернется в было состояние и будет проще выполнять. Всем удачи! 🎉
полностью согласна у меня все колени в синяках и очень больно делать некоторые упражнения и я не понимаю почему все молчат о том какая это нагрузка на колени и локти(прошлые тренировки)
hi Madeleine! loving this month's plan :) I've noticed that for some of the moves that put all my weight on one knee or elbow I have some pain in that knee or elbow, so I've been using a small pillow underneath. do you have other recommendations for those situations / do you think using a small pillow is ok? thank u !!!
A very common prop used in Pilates is like a little sponge for these types of pains! It is totally ok and will only help you achieve a better workout if it makes things pain free.
hello this is me in 16 dec 2024 day 1🌺💕 day 2🌺💕 (sooo dang fire) day 3🌺💕 (its realllyyyy hard for me) day 4🌺💕 (its end alreay??? i really enjoy lower pilates, im so happy^^) day 5🌺💕 day 6🌺💕 (its so hard, really, im in first period and this is came up, but im still happy^^) day 7🌺💕 (due to my internal problem, i can continue this plan after 5 days, my stocmach on fire✨) +i feel i cant leave pilates cause its makes me happy day 8 🌺💕 day 9 🌺💕 (i felt so sad today, i have to dealing my emotion, im trying so hard to finish today workout~)
My hips always cramp up whenever i do the lifts around 8:30 :( what can i do to help this? in trying to make sure my posture is correct but im not sure what im doing wrong
