I also tried to eat better (+vegetales and less quantity of sweets) and I ended seeing results after a month. 4 months have already passed and I feel I got stuck whithout seeing more progress, but it just takes time. I'm telling you this in order to say to you that, even if you can't see any changes, those will be notable either on your body or in your abilities (flexibility, strenght, stamina..) It will take some time but keep going!! ❤❤^^

day 12 ✔️💪 started this at january first so i’ve had some rest days and im a perfectionist so i wish i would’ve been at like day 14/15 but its okay, im still proud of myself for committing, at first this was kinda hard bc I never tried pilates before but im really starting to enjoy it!! have a good day everyone 💗
