I've been doing pilates for almost 2 years, at least 3 times a week and this video had my deep abdominals so sore it felt like my uterus was cramping. My glutes still hurt 3 days after. I will definitely be doing again... in like a week 😅 the only thing I wish was different was a timer or a count of some sort!

Also… Just make sure you’re not pushing it too hard, as your muscles shouldn’t be working so hard that they are straining or cramping. 🙌🏼😃 They should be working, and fatiguing, but not in a bad way. ☺️❤️
@@mindtobodyfit I usually use Move With Nicole videos, i can do her intermediate ones now usually the 30-40 minute ones. But I've been looking to mix it up and thats how I found your account :) will definitely take it easier next time!
