I drank a gallon of water a day (usually more) for the entire senior year of highschool/summer break. It was the best physically I’ve ever felt in my life, my skin was always glowing, I was never bloated (even with my P.C.O.S), I slept deeply and woke up radiating with energy. The need to pee every hour or so goes away after a few weeks of drinking the gallon, it’s almost like your body becomes used to utilizing that much water. My gut biome also seemed to fix itself, without any dietary changes I started craving healthy foods. In turn, my depression became much easier to manage, my fatigue had lifted itself and I could think clearer than ever. The gallon didn’t become a chore anymore, It became normal to have finished the gallon before 1pm without forcing myself to.
Life did what it does best, (especially when you’re transitioning into adulthood) and threw me off, I barely drank any water for weeks on end. When I stayed at my grandparents for the summer I basically survived off Diet Coke and knock-off Fanta.
I’m jumping back on the Gallon o’ water a day train 💪🏻 I’ve experienced the effects so I know the payoff is insane. For those of you who haven’t experienced the orgasmic beautify of copious amounts of water, give yourself a month and I promise you won’t go back.
    Hydration Nation Folks 🔥

I'm no doctor but I suffered from gout which is a painful arthritic condition that effects my big toe. I feels like glass in between your toe joints and every time you move your foot it grinds those shards of glass. I tried altering my diet, taking medications, etc. But it wasn't until I connected two and two together that I realized it was because I wasn't drinking enough water. Let me explain. Because I wasn't drinking enough water, my body was having a harder time getting rid of waste (uric acid) which caused a build up of it in my body. The way that we expel waste from our bodies is through urine and feces. So ever since I started drinking half a gallon to a gallon of water a day, I have not had a flare up since!

I've been drinking a gallon+ of water everyday for years.
*Energy? -I think my energy level is high. I've been working out twice a day for years, morning -weight train/evening cardio, 6 days a week - I try. I don't drink coffee, pre-workout, or energy drinks.
*Physical performance? -I really don't remember how it feels to perform physically without drinking a daily gallon of water. I will say that I don't really get thirsty during my workouts like other people. I feel pretty much hydrated at all times, even when I'm sweating profusely at the gym.
*Balanced body fluids? -Drinking close to half of that gallon first thing in the morning, immediately upon waking up has kept me pretty regular. My bowel movements run like clock work.
*Fewer cravings? -Nope, I still get cravings... all day long.
*Weight loss? -When I lose weight it's because I cut my calorie intake lower than my calorie expenditure. I don't attribute any weight loss to water intake. I've gained plenty of unwanted weight while drinking a gallon+ of water daily.
*Skin health? -Well I don't break out, but that's probably because I'm waaay passed the puberty stage. My skin always feels soft and hydrated even when I don't slather lotion all over it and my lips never ever get chapped, but I wouldn't say that my skin is "glowing."
*Bloating? -Only when I over eat.
*Headache? -I can't remember the last time I had a headache.

This is not necessarily true always. Depending on your health status, drinking more water than what is recommended could get you in some trouble: fluid overload, water intoxication, fluid and electrolyte imbalance, if you have a heart failure also i think, there could probably be more. You should put a disclaimer on this video, because drinking too much water can be disastrous to some.
