- Staying hydrated is crucial for overall health and well-being. Water is essential for various bodily functions, including digestion, circulation, and temperature regulation. Adequate hydration supports cognitive function, helping with focus and alertness. It also aids in the removal of waste products through urine, maintaining kidney health. Proper hydration promotes healthier skin and can aid in weight management by reducing feelings of hunger. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, and muscle cramps, and other issues. Therefore, consistently drinking enough water, approximately 7 glasses a day, is vital for optimal physical and mental performance and maintaining overall health.
It does without saying that other conditions can cause these same symptoms. Talk to your doc if you’re experiencing any of said symptoms.

I battle Cystic Fibrosis! I have found that drinking (I try for 2 litres a day) water thins the phlegm and looses my chest, so I breathe easier. The problem with drinking water is that you always have to pee. 🤷♀️🇨🇦
