I love that you take advice from your mom! I also love that you are aware of these things at your young age. I’m just learning these things in my 60s.😀🧡
Honestly, I clicked on this video with my eyes preemptively rolled. I could not have been more wrong in my assumption. This video was so genuinely helpful. Thank you!
Haha! Well I'm glad it surpassed your expectations, love when a video does that!! There's a youtuber I follow religiously now and I remember clicking on one of her videos when I first found her and thinking the same.
✨❤️YOU are refreshing ✨❤️ I’m 57, and in my 20’s a boss told me, “ don’t come to me with a complaint without also having at least 1 possible solution.” This has served me well in so many situations throughout my life. Your 30 are great! Some I use, some I’ve told others, and some are new to me…thank you for your time ❤️✨ Those 2 quotes oye shared from Oprah and Maya were first said on her show in the 90’s…and I remember hearing them during her show…so much impact on my life❤️
This was so smart to film your 30 different gorgeous looks❤️ Mums are so wise, sometimes my mum gives me an advice or just has a discussion with me and im amased how wise she is even in the areas that she hasnt experienced, she says in few words the wisdom i was searching or spent 30 years to found out
LOVED all the DOABLE and PRACTICAL guidance .. rather than knowing WHY it happens, NOW we gain the KNOWLEDGE to make it HAPPENS .. LOVED it .. THANKS Mum & YOU, here ❤🧘🎯🏃🥰
Thank you for your video and advice. Your mum is a joy and a wise lady. My mum always gave good advice and when you really needed it. Thank you for sharing. I've just come across your channel and will be watching again. 😊
Such a precious video including your Mom Dr. Sarah. Thank you, Aunt Jane, for the wisdom you've imparted into Sarah's life, The Joy journal I recall was one of my favourites. No. 3 I can attest to you paying it forward into my life Sarah. Coming alongside me a year ago, I was not able to pay the full amount for the coach, I am forever grateful for the investment you made. Love love love all these pieces. Continue to making a difference in the world. Amanda 💗
Thank you Jan! 💜 Yes Mum's do give the wisest advice. My Mum & Dad died when I was 36 and even now I desperately miss my Mum's advice. Your daughter Dr Sarah is very inspirational & encouraging and I'm sure u are very proud of her. 🤗💞
My favorite videos of yours! I am a recovering people pleaser and so much of your advice resonates with me, especially "it's okay to be the bad guy in someone else's story." We are not meant for everyone, and everyone is not meant for us. Thank you! ❤
I have time , I can do a little chunk , be the person who pays the favour forward , be mindful who you take advice from and to take it on board or not , pick your battles, don’t let it drain you , write I only have to and then write your to do list , learn lessons from whatever happens to you , no one is thinking about you as much as you think of yourself, you can’t give offence , you can only take offence , read good books , be confident and sure about what you are saying , don’t look for the perfect book or course , trust the right information will come to you at the right time , stop complaining for thirty days and notice the change , take action instead , or talk about good things , it’s okay to be the bad guy in someone else’s story , not worry if people hate you , carry on living your life , none of this matters , people will ultimately do what they want to , let them , if you have got a clean kitchen and bathroom you are always prepared for guests , just because you can do something and that too well doesn’t mean you have to , life is full of options , we should do what feels right and brings you the most joy , make your own cake , invite people , taking self responsibility , learning to ask yourself what the ideal future version would do and doing it , we are social species , we should not place all our expectations on one person , have friends and lean on them for something , be the kind of person how your day is going , be kind and friendly, thanking people , invest in good quality skin care , we should embrace our quirks because they are our superpowers , you will find your tribe and life will become exponentially better, not hide behind perfection , keep a couple of days for yourself before and after the start of a vacation , do what you want to do , life is too short , time is going to pass anyway , go after what you really want , do the best you can until you know better and then do that. Be kind and gentle to yourself . Set boundaries if something or someone feels off . Feel the anxiety but still show up everyday . ♥️
Some gems of wisdom in there Sarah. It would be good if we could learn & appreciate them when we are younger, it would save a lot of anxiety and time wasted in worrying. My pieces of wisdom: If you don’t like where you are or what you are doing- move! You are not a tree. If a knife is thrown at you, there are two ways to catch it, by the blade or by the handle. Everyday is a gift, getting older is a privilege. Everyone who has lost someone they love at a young age knows this, you will understand this deeply in your life as a doctor. And of course Mums are such wise beings. 😊
Plz pray for me for been graduated nowadays I had finished all my credits & hours which evaluate me for graduation although the college didn’t recognize and make me in longer journey ..
Thanks Sarah’s mom, Jan, for raising Sarah so well, as she offers so much to so many people. Oh, Rosie is darling! 🌸
Thank you so much, that's so kind 🫶✨️
