- My goal going into this project was creating a gym space that was not overly crowded and could accommodate any type of workouts from bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit, video aerobics, and cardio that would last forever. I also wanted to make it feel like a real gym with mirrors, banners, sound system, and a nice paint job. I think I've accomplished all of that, but please feel free to comment and let me know your thoughts.
Approx. 300sq ft garage gym that I began putting together in the summer of 2020. I painted, insulated, and installed everything myself and the most recent thing I installed was the wall mounts for the bench, bands, and bars. At this point, I feel I'm completely done...we'll see though.

Nice space. Enjoy it. I didn't buy 5 lbs dumbbells on the theory that I could just use 5 lbs plates. I did buy 10s and 15s, but I shouldn't have. Plates would've worked for them too.
Only three barbells for now. But I'm sure the trap bar, and buffalo bar are coming. :P

How do you find doing LISS on the Rogue Echo Bike? I am debating between this and the Concept 2 Bike Erg for 1 piece of equipment allowing LISS and HIIT work
Excellent setup! Do you plan on painting the other wall black? Did the mirrors come with the hanging attachment or did you add them yourself?
Thanks! No, I intentionally painted the other wall white for some contrast. Yes, the floating mirrors came with the hardware to hang them.

Honestly, it’s pretty easy even when it has the 400lbs of weight on it.

You got sucker on buying rogue dumbbells set. it all made in China but with their logo. Lol. They are a rip off. You can get cap rubber dumbbells at Walmart. It goes for 1.00 lbs. just keep check their website. Rogue it just a ripoff brand
