I’m putting together a little gym myself. I am very new to weight training and have a decent set of dumbbells, pull up/ dip bar, curl bar and some plates for that and some benches. I have some resistance bands, kettlebells and a backpack I have been rucking with. So far it’s small and I get caught up thinking I need all these other things like a squat rack and tons of plates, but I’m making progress with a dumbbell only program at the moment. Your gym is sick man I am envious of all the cool things you have.
I agree you can find commercial stuff for less than half the cost on marketplace but even if you can afford it, the space factor is big.

How is it in the wintertime when working out?
Starting off it’s a bit chilly once you get going it’s fine and feels good. The garage holds heat nicely.

What different ways do you use the arch nemesis camber Swiss bar compared to the cambered American press bar?
the arch nemesis has an attachment so you can use it for lat pull downs or anything that it can attach too. The arch also just has a different feel to it vs the American cambered bar for another variation to use / the handles are straight were the American cambered are angled. Just different bars to be used for different purposes.
How is the quality of those bells of steel sandbags? Thinking about buying some

Yes I played defense my whole life and I coach highschool lax.
@@SzatStrength true story: the day I picked up a barbell was the day after I was cut from varsity lacrosse for being too skinny as a defenseman (6'1" 140 lbs as a 18 yr old). I ended up playing attack in college after bulking up but never stopped lifting
Honestly the boogz has nicer equipment than you in terms of cost next time you see him give him a hard time about it 🤣

How did you get the kegs? Were they expensive?
I bought some from another strongman promoter, I've found them, or knew some breweries who gave them to me.
