I only use vacuum cleaner and one NEW ear pick tool, no need to remove anything. The ear pick tool is to scratch whatever ground leftover in between the pedals. i complete the entire process in less than 5 mins.
Thanks for the feedback, I’m not sure on how you use the ear pick tool to clean some sticky stale grounds from all angle, in my opinion ear pick tool can’t remove thoroughly, even the stale grounds in the bottom, as was very sticky oil produced by the grounds. Can you try to clean and take it out and see if all left over stale grounds were removed?
Can I check if u got ur barista pro locally or imported? Cos your upper burr is same as mine, and mine is imported from Aus. I recently bought a replacement upp burr from the local distributor but the design was different (the outer part is smooth flat) and i couldn't dial in my beans at all as it was super coarse even after adjusting the upper burr to lower number. Apparently all local models use that version, so in the end had to return for refund. Am still unsure how come it's different and works different.
They're called Yeo Teck Seng, located at Bishan area. Ever since, I've been checking TH-cam vids and I realised most upper burrs were also the smooth outer kind. May I know which Lazada seller did u get yours from? Maybe I can contact them to buy the replacement burr. I've been googling online to find out why there are 2 versions of burrs but cant seem to find any info at all. 😔
@@rr88821 thanks! have asked them but unfortunately they don't sell the upper burr. =( strange though I still don't know why the burr design is different. can't seem to find any info online.

Hello there. Nice video again. When adjusting grinder size from fine to coarse, it’s is better to switch on the grinder while turning the grind knob?
Thanks, Should be ok as long as there are no beans in the hopper.

Thanks for writing, hope I can help. Btw, My Machine was purchased locally (Lazada). May I know the local distributor if you don’t mind?
