@Coffee Karma You did not reassemble with the felt washer. It is still in the vacuum cleaner! Did you use a new one? I dont think so. Important part of the setup and need to pay attention to the detail when you are making educational videos.
@@Graps19 Hi Mike, what do you mean by vacuum? You meant the belo? Machine creates a bad and noisy sound and will not function when the washers still inside the hopper. Just pay attention to the video as my suggestion to you.
@Coffee Karma at 1:32 the felt(white) washer can be seen in the video. At no time do you show the felt washer being removed. At 2:02 you sure the vacuum cleaner to suck out the coffee grinds. At 2:22 you show the cleaned unit. The white felt washer is gone. At 2:30 you replace the distributor...... no white felt washer in place. Is this sufficient detail for you? The white felt washer should be replaced with a new one each time you clean or, at the very least refit the one you removed if it is usable. You sucked yours out with your vacuum cleaner pipe.
Hi Sparks, I believe the cable should work on both machines. The cable length, I’ll measure it and you know in an hour, give more length and trim to fit it accordingly.

You can also use a 1.5in. (Inner diameter) by 1.75in. (Outer diameter) o-ring
So you vacuumed the felt washer and reassembled with out it?
It can be vacuum or use the flier to take it off.

Does this fix pertain to the barista express as well with charging cable and what size is the cable?

The temperature is in the default mode. You mean the lever? No it’s not warm and can touch it.
