    Now that my floor mat came in UPS yesterday, I can do the same kind of floor workouts you been doing lately. It's better than a hard, cold, cement floor.

    Awesome workout! It really gets the sweat gowing and one can feel the respective muscles working. However, (a bit of constructive critism here), it would really help to have a preview of the next workout prior to engagement; preferably during the breaks. This can really help to have a seamless workout without having to constatly rewind so as to get the correct form.

      According to fraser's daily workout routine the plan should be
      Chest
      Legs
      Abs
      Back
      Abs/full body
      He has made a playlist of 10min home workout routine in this order so I guess we can follow the dumbbell workout also in this order including arms after back

    Just turned 14 and have been working out for a month now planning on going to the gym when im old enough but for now il have to stick with boxing and home workouts and this is perfect for at home

      you can always take a strength class when you get into high school, most schools will have it, free school credit and gym time

      So far so good boys! Seeing some solid results with the workouts and also changed up my diet. Water..turkey..fruits..veggies...chicken and rice is mainly what I eat these days !

    Can you help me out by making another Back Workout, especially for my lower back, only without Weights and/or Equipment, because I do not have either of those two.

    Tried it with 15kg dumbbells and my back is already burning. Especially the lower part went 0-100 really really fast. Following a slower pace to learn the right techniques and not butcher my back. Thanks man!!! XD

      @@Riborwahzsame here bro it’s been 3 weeks now i tried with 5 kg for the first week cuz i had weak arms.. for the second week used 10kg for each.. will push it to 15 in two weeks but 10 kg is enough ig the guy in the video used 11.5 kg

    I've been lifting for a long time, and I travel alot for work. So I usually resort to buying week-long passes at local gyms so I can get a good workout instead of using the limited hotel gyms. But I was only in a hotel for 2 days recently and didn't want to waste the money on a gym pass, so I stumbled across your video. And I'll be honest I was skeptical thinking "20 minutes? That ain't enough." But goddamn I was dead wrong! This workout killed. You definitely got a new subscriber ma dude. Keep lifting, keep posting 💪

    Safe to lift heavier than say arms when working out the back? Or do we increase the number of reps if using the same weight we use when lifting for arms?

      small growth i usually do 1. leg day 2. chest and back 3. abs and arms use his playlist for 20 minutes dumbell ive seen big growth from following along his videos

      Buy new dumbbells, do more reps in total , do each excercise for a longer time than his 30 seks, make a construction with resistance bands.
