Tried it with 15kg dumbbells and my back is already burning. Especially the lower part went 0-100 really really fast. Following a slower pace to learn the right techniques and not butcher my back. Thanks man!!! XD

Safe to lift heavier than say arms when working out the back? Or do we increase the number of reps if using the same weight we use when lifting for arms?

I usually let him get 30 seconds ahead of me, so when I’m doing my break I can see what’s going on 😁

you can always take a strength class when you get into high school, most schools will have it, free school credit and gym time

Buy new dumbbells, do more reps in total , do each excercise for a longer time than his 30 seks, make a construction with resistance bands.
