We test drove a standard today and it was outstanding. The car had weight to it. I drove it extremely hard and it responded without lag from the turbo. Transition from gear to gear was smooth. Plush inside. There were so many gagets inside I felt lost because I had no familiarity with driving it. Love the Corsair. Looking to buy one real soon.

Just picked mine up last week! Love it. Went from a 2019 MKZ, to a Lexus UXh, then back to Lincoln for the Corsair. The Lexus UXh was smaller (not the same segment, despite all of Lexus shouting that the UX is a crossover, it's really a hatch). I love the Corsair so much.

This car rides to it's own drum. It's really about that classic comfortable American luxury car feel with a soft suspension and being a great cruiser. Not as much about overt sportiness. And I love that about the Lincoln. But I'm really impressed by the sound of the engine.

I have 5 drive modes and when I switch it each there is definitely a different feel from the wheels and steering. I love everything about this car. The difference between the standard Corsair and the Cadillac XT4 2k less. 4k less than the XT5 & Audi Q5. I believe the Corsair has more techs

I have an 2016 MKX, I was blown away sitting in one at the dealer. I’m trying to convince my wife to buy one. It’s smaller easier to see around you. My only complaint with the MKX is the Seat position, once your in a very comfortable seat, it’s like a jet fighter, it’s difficult to check your blind spots or look at something or someone in the back. It has all the electronic gizmos for lane change etc but I rather trust my eyes.

Reviewers often overlook the Corsair Standard which is much more affordable, is plenty luxurious on its own, fewer gimmicks to go wrong, 2.0L turbo more than adequate, and looks just as good. I got a 2021 Corsair Standard 2.0L, front wheel drive, elements package for heated/vented seats and heated steering wheel, no sunroof. Between 2020 and 2021 they skimped on the folding rear headrests and foam engine cover which I bought separately. No fog lights but LED headlights plenty bright. Wider rear hatch has not real advantage and you need to keep away from the corners as it comes down and extra weight might wear out the dampeners faster. Hood gap on each side slightly unequal and side Corsair badges that span both side of hinge don't line up. Not sure I want to risk bent hood or paint damage to correct this, but kinda sloppy for a luxury brand. Synch glitch where last song on a thumb drive album freezes screen was fixed with Oct 2021 WiFi update. 2.0L turbo strong enough to induce torque steer with FWD, very responsive and peppy, good gas mileage. Don't need the 2.3L. Good interior room considering the compact exterior. Good visibility and smaller size easy to drive and park. I had earlier ruled out this car due to the dash mounted piano key shifting, but in actual use they work well and free up space between the front seats. Forward collision warning activated twice, well before collision, but no false alarms, so works great and increases safety. Rattle from rear hatch plastic trim and rear tire well plastic trim fixed with a few small pieces of foam. Overall very pleased and would buy again. Again, look at the Standard trim with elements package, FWD if you live in the south, and no sunroof for no worries about leaks/squeaks. Hold out for dealer to throw in folding rear headrests in final negotiations (saying you need this deleted feature for rear view visibility).

Normally I wouldn't really consider Lincoln, but I'm particularly interested in the grand touring PHEV model. It's one of the best priced luxury PHEVs with impressive all-electric range. Because it's not as popular as other rivals, it might actually be possible to get one without being on waiting lists or paying crazy amounts of money over sticker.
Because it was so delayed in its release, not many people know about it and I have barely seen any videos covering it. Even though it's basically the same as the escape, the PHEV is actually AWD, where the Escape is not (FWD only).

I wonder what Lincoln’s going to do after they stop making the Nautilus next year. Surely they’re going to have to replace it with something else similarly sized. They’ve gotta have something that slots in between the Aviator and Corsair.

I truely hope the best for Cadillac and Lincoln. They both are making great looking vehicles. Though I'm not the biggest fan of the 2 smallest Cadillac CUVs. The largest CUV looks cool.

The Lincoln Corsair is to compete with the Infiniti QX50, the Cadillac XT4, the BMW X3, the Lexus NX, the Acura RDX and many more luxury compact SUVs that are almost the size of the Corsair.
