Since implementing these processes into his business, he no longer has to rely on outbound lead generation to find deals. He explains how he started funding deals and the importance of building a foundation to create the snowball effect in finding deals.

how did that individual that does 400k a month get paid to gather money in 1 account? you can get a VOD to confirm funds available to fund your transaction from a transactional lender for free. what were the lenders looking for proof?
In my opinion, you are a very greedy person. It makes no sense to charge people what you're charging them to get involved in this real estate business gator thing. When you're making all this money, you're all Over the country. But yet you charge 5.000 or more and u say you're helping people people . But u don't care that a lot of people that don't look like u . Don't have that kind money to pay u or anyone to get into a business that can better thire lives 😊
