Things must be slow in the mortgage business, because back in March I could not even get a return call or email from My Investor Loan. Now I've gotten two emails in the last 3 weeks. I was surprised they even had my information. You still believe in them, so I will give them a call and see how their rates compare to the local banks I've been using.

Haven’t seen the video yet. But funny you uploaded this videos, I literally just saw your other 2 Morby methods videos this morning. An I was wondering why can’t I do this deal on a house that a seller wants full market value ? Pretty much every seller in the world . Not sure if you’ll explain this on the video , so disregard this if you did. I’ll be watching it though.

How are you getting the seller to agree to be in 2nd lien position on a deal like this?

what i dont understand is the money going in your pocket, if its coming from the loan, dosent have to be payed back?

I think the property just appraised more than what the seller paid for it, they just paid for all the liens on the property, and then the remaining balance they split as a profit between the two of them.
