Why would I sell my car I still have a loan on and trust someone to pay it off monthly and not wreck it ? How does the insurance work?
Good question and I don’t have the best answer but I think I’ve heard you’d have to put them on your insurance because of the loan

I’m a new immigrant here in the states. I escaped from Russia from Putin’s regime. I was in Alexey Navalny’s team, main opposition to the existing fascist regime. He’s got poisoned and ended up in jail and me and my family escaped. I would like to be a Pace Morby subto student and do one on one consultation. Pace, look. You can take me, absolutely ZERO in real estate, new in the country, teach me and make a great example out of me that even a person like me, who is new not in the real estate but new in this country can do sub2 and be successful.
