Hi I have a razer blackshark v2 x gaming headset and I didnt now there was a activation code on the razer box that I ordered the headset and I dont have the code because I threw the box away and I dont have the code, so my question is why isn't razer synapse 3 and 2 not detecting my gaming headset and my gaming headset is like no where to be found on my gaming laptop but I can enable 7.1 surround sound but there is no sound, so plss help me it would mean the world to me.
It helps when downloading the installer of the program, everything is fine but when it runs, it does not download the program itself, it gives me an error that says there is no connection to the server and it is not my internet since I downloaded razer cortex and it did not give me no error when installing, could someone please help me?

@@que7852 it doesn't come at all , then i go to their help service if i not mistaken and ask about the surrounding sound for kraken pro v2 . They said kraken pro v2 cant be use with the surrounding sound so yea... need to use it without the surrounding sound .

Surround sound will only appear when the programs installed, it should be in your output devices. If not, go to sound control panel, then playback devices and see if it’s disabled in there
