most serial numbers and product numbers are on the headphones themselves. mine were uder the left ear pad on my Razor Kraken Quartz headphones ^___^ you just make a new account with razor and register your headphones and they email you instantly after with the 7.1 surround sound activation code. It just worked for me :) no emails to support required, no purchase proof, no box it came in. Directly on the headphones is the info you need. Hope this helps!

@AP hmm audio drivers were messed up did a clean install and it appeared the next time..btw razer thx drivers are out and better than 7.1, thx will replace 7.1 when you update it and you'll probably get it at half the price because of 7.1

It no longer sends emails anymore according to the comments-_-. However, I found that contacting razer LIVE SUPPORT, and letting them know about your issue, they will send you a code right then and there. Or they will send one to your email. They won’t end the chat until you get it.

Hi I have a razer blackshark v2 x gaming headset and I didnt now there was a activation code on the razer box that I ordered the headset and I dont have the code because I threw the box away and I dont have the code, so my question is why isn't razer synapse 3 and 2 not detecting my gaming headset and my gaming headset is like no where to be found on my gaming laptop but I can enable 7.1 surround sound but there is no sound, so plss help me it would mean the world to me.

Can I use the Surround sound 7.1 on the Razer Kraken For Console I’m using it on my PS5 via the 3.5mm Headphone jack
You have to have the program to use surround sound. I’m not sure how it is on console though

this program is only for krakens (to get the code). you can find on google the normal razer surround wich is pretty good also, and uses 7.1 audio too
I just did it and they said warranty doesn't cover it. what do I do now? I cant get it anywhere now I also tried live support
Um you keep trying, Warranty isn't supposed to cover a code that is supposed to come in a box. If you've had the code, lost it and need a new one that's different and your fault. if you bought the headset used, i would ask the person you bought it from cause that's also not razers fault. however if you bought it new and it didn't come with a code, they are required to give you one.

@wastedpotentiaI login to ur razor acc , then go to support , idk the rest but basically u send them an email asking for the code , then they'll ask u to provide proof that u bought the headset and they'll email u an activation code , then finally just copy + paste that code

It wouldn’t be illegal to ask for a key again. All you need to do is go to their support chat and lie basically. Just say you moved to a new pc and lost the code/ it won’t let you back in.

You have an activation code in your packaging. If it's a used one, then I don't know, to be honest.

Jake Jutzi i did see that on their website. I’m using a Mac, after it downloads it tells me it can’t open it since I don’t have the application to open it? What app do I have to have to run the download?
John Kasper winrar or 7zip. But I think it’s an .exe meaning it won’t work for Mac. You can always download windows on a Mac though

yes, download razor synapse and make an account, register your kraken headphones with the serial and product number (behind left ear pad) then they will email you the 7.1 surround activation key :D
