      @Jason Murphy I wasn't going to register my product, but apparently it was nessecary for their "surround sound" app or something to work. This system is bs, I'm not sure why they need that much info for me to use something that is supposedly part of the product already.

    Hello, I have a problem with some of my prodcts. I cant register my Razer Ornatav2 nor my Kraker kitty edition headsets. I was able to register all my other products but those wo are the only ones that are giving me errors. It keeps telling me the serial number is incorrect, I checked them and I typed them just as it said in the box.

    My account is asking me to attach a "Proof of Purchase" file from my computer. Is that supposed to be a PDF copy of the receipt that I got in my email?

      In case anyone is wondering, I didn't get an answer from Razor so I ended up doing just that. I downloaded the email receipt as a PDF and it seems to have worked.

    Why you need so much informacion? I got my headset for chrismas and i cant get surround sound 7.1 just because i dont have informacion to register my device. This is so anoying. I hope razer will fix this.

      The product number should be on the device along with the serial number. In most cases, it starts with "RZ".     VERY Disappointed! I have been using a Deathadder Chroma for years on my computer and I just got a replacement Deathadder Halo mouse for my birthday. I go to set it up and find that it REQUIRES Synapse 3 and that is Not Supported or available for my Mac. There are hundreds of millions Mac users our here and you can't be bothered to update the driver software for us? Basic functions work out of the box but not way to configure it. Really how much does it cost to hire someone to port over the software?Very Disappointed guys!
