finding the SN was the hardest part since i have to take off the left earmuff xD haha

My razer headphones came with no audio slider on the side with the mute button and there is no such serial number on the headphones nor anywhere on the instructuions in the headphone box...i think they are a chinese rip off...no surround sound at all, i even had that on the cheapest headphones i've bought and i didn't need to do anything unlike this razer bs.

What I meant to say was that the receipt that you have once you buy that thing you have to either you know take a photo and directly upload on the website or you can just convert the photo into a PDF file and website.
