- Hey all! Sorry for the wait, but I hope this makes it all worthwhile! I've been working behind the scenes with a factory overseas to bring a proper KPM200 exhaust system to everyone!

This is the FULL, Detailed tutorial on how to remove the old pipe and install the performance exhaust from start to finish, along with a test ride at the end. I'm trying to put a lot of effort into these videos, so a like, comment or subscription goes a long way!
This is my own labor of love for the Budget/Chinese Motorcycle community; please share the word around to allow me to expand and offer more parts for this bike and many others like it! As always, please ask any questions in the comments below ;)
Remember to use a little anti seize before tightening up the bolts and 02 sensor .

Feels like this would be a 7 minute job with a deep socket set and a wobble extension. Throw in an O2 sensor socket and probably have it down to like 5.

I had the extra end off of a cobra exhaust from a Honda I cut the muffler about an inch or two before the inside of the muffler and the outside of the muffler came together and crammed the cobra end into it at. 45 degree and ran a bead with a stick welder.... Victory pipe
I ordered the Blue one. I'm going to turn it I to a scrambler with off road tires. I need an exhaust that exits the side of the bike so that it frees up some clearance under the bike. Is that a possibility?

Hey buddy loving the content with this bike I’m planning on buying one in the future for my first bike , is it possible to add saddle bags on the back and is there anymore accessories ? That should or could be added ? Thank you !
Glad you're enjoying the coverage!! The accessories are definitely out there, I've been trial-and-error-ing my way through Chinese e-commerce sites to figure out what works and what doesn't for this bike. The only saddle bags I've seen so far are tiny as hell- I'll look into it!

I got mine together and posted a couple videos of her. I turned it into a Scrambler with the engine guards from Ukraine. It came out well.

Is there a particular reason not the use a cut off wheel on the rear muffle and weld another on right then and there?
pretty much just ease of use and access to materials. I don't have a welder, so when I had mine manufactured I figured what the hell, let's see who else wants one😂

Does this kit come with a catalytic converter? I was gonna chop the muffler off, replace its with a slip on and keep the OEM cat. Id Rather do this though lol.
Thanks for watching! No cat unfortunately. Luckily the engine is small enough that the emissions are mostly negligible (It doesn't smell or anything lol). I've seen some aftermarket cats that fit by going between the link pipe and slip-on muffler for full systems though.
i'd get some 1 inch bar risers. unless you like that hunched over position. look for a performance carb that will fit. get a lil more pep out of it.
Believe it or not this guy is fully EFI :) of course you can imagine how easy finding a tune for it is...🙄

Hey. My kpm is running a little rough. Almost missing here and there. Do you have any videos or advice on how to dial in the idle? And/or troubleshoot the engine performance quality?
hey man, sorry to hear! I'd love to help. My number is 9715068612. Feel free to text and let's see if we can figure out what's going on :)
I'd start by checking the spark plug to look for fueling issues and of course playing with the idle adjuster screw (look by the throttle body). After that, check your valve clearances and make sure it's not something silly like clutch drag. Hope this helps bro

Dude, you made this so much more diffucult for yourself than you needed to. Just buy a cheap set of wrenches/sockets at Harbor Freight instead of chewing the bolts up with pliers. It's like watching one of those awful Tik Tok tool videos. Other than that, this is a pretty cool thing.

Good info, but please don't chew up fasteners with pliers etc, use a ring spanner or sockets please 👍
This would have been so much easier with a set of ratchet wrenches or a flex joint and sockets lol.

Totally different engines my man, this is liquid cooled and OHV versus the 223cc Pushrod single in the hawk- thanks for the offer though!! How fast have you gotten the hawks up to? They look like awesome bikes.
Actually, what ECU does the EFI Hawk use? Lifna uses Delphi, so your tuning might actually work on that front!
Hey all! I want to purchase this bike as my first motorcycle. I am hesitant though because I know it is a Chinese bike and not a lot of shops work on them. How long do they last? Could I get 5 years out of one taking care of it? How reliable is the kpm200? Easy to work on? Thanks to anyone who can help!!
you could definitely get 5 years out of it! these engines are built to take abuse in 3rd world countries just as much as they are to Rev high and run for days here. the channel bikes and beards did a torture test on the KPR200 (same engine as the KPM) and it just keeps chugging lol.
as for ease of work, its a very simple single cylinder engine but some features like liquid cooling and stressed member construction of the engine mean that the angles to get into the engine for valve checks etc can be a little weird. if you have a set of u-joint adapters and a good socket wrench set, you'll be set :) otherwise any small engine mechanic (scooter repair shops have been MUCH more open to looking at it than some Moto shops which can be picky or even elitist at times). Also if you purchase from venom motorsports you get a two year and 12,000 mile warranty! don't buy it from Amazon as Venom does partial assembly or even full assembly professionally and provides excellent service. both they and their sister company Belmonte Bikes are excellent dealers.

@@rudenation3395 it does! Two baffles, one inner and one outer. I ride with the inner one removed and it's a good balance, but both removed... people will hear ya coming ;)

Nice! Yeah the slip-on portion is a generic part. The hard part to source was the midpipe; I just modified the dimensions of a KPT midpipe.

Please for the love of god use some beefier hex nuts and washers for the header flange.... and a socket or at the very least, a combination wrench set.
Couple things, those are exhaust studs and the nuts not the bolts come off. Buy a 6.99 set of Tractor Supply promo table ratchet wrenches.

How to install and where to buy?? I guess I missed that part. It sounds slightly better but the exhaust looks stupid
Aliexpress now, i used a company to make the midpipe but they took my updated schematic and started selling it on their own as the updated KPT exhaust (short o2 sensor bung so it fits). A couple resellers on ebay stock it and you can find various slip-on cans for it if you aren't a fan of the look. Thanks for watching:)
use a rachet for the bracket, but not for the exhaust bolts. ✔️

Omg, it was fn killing me. I got anxiety every time he picked up those fn pliers. Almost the entire job could've been done with sockets and an extension.

for just a lil bit more, could have gotten yourself a royal enfield meteor 350.
True but this makes more power and weighs less ;)
@@slow_bike_show according to venoms site, this makes about 17hp but does weigh less at 333lbs. meteor 350 is about 20hp and 421lbs.
