I live in Melbourne, Australia. I bought a Benelli TRK 502X new 18 months ago. I’ve done 117,000 km on this bike with little trouble. Yes, it’s heavy…but when you get caught in a crosswind, or buffeting caused by road trains you’re going to appreciate the stability of the bike. I do a yearly trip to far North Queensland, over 10,000km in 12 days, and the bike is awesome to ride. I get mine serviced every month at the dealership I bought it from and they just laugh when the check the km. It doesn’t have the “grin factor” that my Tiger Sport 660 has, but I can’t do 1000km + days on the Triumph either. Seat is really comfortable and butt only starts getting numb around 800km mark. Great bike for the money.
@@mrrnigah643my friend rides a trk502. with him and his wife (their total weight 200kg minimum) on the bike they were able to go 147kph easily. He said that he wasnt even on full throttle.
Just got the 300NK from CFMOTO, man I'm loving it, I drove a 125cc bike for almost 3 years (Honda CB125F), and this machine feels really good all around
I had a Benelli TNT 125 for a couple of years and then switched to a TRK 502 X, 255 lbs to 518 lbs lol fell down 4 times from stopped, then got used to it and it's an incredible motorbike. Reached 11111 km today!
I own a 2022 650NK and its great. Truly proper bike and my buddy that has an MT-09 rode it and he really liked it as well. Bought it brand new in November for 5300!!! I thought that was crazy and its been a great bike.
I personally own a 250NK from CF Moto with over 52K kilometers on it, the last time I checked the valves all were still in spec (I checked them when the bike had 49k kilometers) never had issues with electronics nor engine, pretty happy with this brand to be honest.
Great to hear. I'm feeling best bike brand vibes. Being from china I feel is the only thing holding it back. Which to me is awesome. Just means I get choices at discount prices. Haven't bought a bike yet. But am looking at the 450 CLC, SRS and NK range for myself. But having no riding experience I'm torn between which styling is truly me. Think I might start by getting the kids a cx2e. Seeing them have fun might motivate me to make a choice.
my friend has bajaj boxer 150cc it lasted 160k before he just changed piston rings the thing is people in third world take care of their equapmint cause its valuable to them never rev the engine to high rpm change oil every 2k its just 1 liter 4 dollars bottle not a big deal that's why they last , Americans are the only people who would spend like 20000 dollars on a thing that they have no Idea how does it work and how to maintain it they are just consumers and often don't use their things enough they buy things and let it collect dust in the garag barley use it and when use it they beat the shit out of it like a children
The CFMoto 300 NK is one of the few good quality bikes that get to Latin America for accessible prices. Most Japanese brands don't bother comercializing models with ABS, full LED lights, and good displays on the lower end, except in a few countries. Definitely what i'm aiming towards when i can afford it.
Nice, same for me, where are you from?, does cfmoto have good reputation in your country?, here in Costa Rica is somewhat marginal, but slowly getting acepted has good quality
Got 1500 miles on my 300NK, and loving the MPG life on it. It very nimbly weaves through Little Rock traffic, 7 miles one way, and is such a fun alternative to my 12mpg, but fun in a different way, Ram 1500. I am very soon getting the CLX700,or the 800NK next. The 700 is going as low as 4200 right now too.
I have a Lifan KPX 250 which is a Chinese bike. I got it new for $2600 and i love it. I have put a little over 22,000 miles on it with no trouble so far. It is a dual sport and i always still get a smile on my face when riding it. That's what it is all about.
Benelli and QJ are both owned by Geely Holding Group. Geely also owns Volvo. I own a Geely car that was designed and engineered by Volvo engineers. The quality is just fantastic. There are some companies that are aware that Chinese products have a bad rap for being low quality. So they are making huge strides in quality by hiring engineers from reputable companies to improve their products. CFMoto has partnered with Japanese companies to make sure their products are of higher quality.
Benelli is overall a great manufacture. Here in Europe they're pretty popular, especially the Trk 502 and Bn 125. Also please take a look at the 302s and 752s. They're absolutely fenomenal bikes, in some ways better than their non-chinese counterparts.
I rode the 800 leoncino and its really fun and good compare to mt07 or ninja 650. It has the ducati monster 821 vibe and was much better than cfmoto xcl700. Tho it specs are not that good.
I have a Benelli 302S that I basically stole from a local dealership as nobody wanted it, and I bought it with only 200 miles on the clock. Two and a half years and a couple thousand miles later, still a great bike with zero issues. All I’ve done to it are oil changes. I am very pleasantly surprised with it, especially considering what I paid for it.
I am really happy for this video. Not all Chinese bikes are equal. Especially if they are build for a European brand that is responsible for the quality check as well. BMW, KTM, etc. I own a Benelli TRK 502X and I love it. A bit on the heavy side but it is also very stable. Has a great road presence that makes it safe. Car drivers actually see you. Also the dealership in Cyprus is amazing. I totally recommend it. I am not a new rider. I am 52 and I have a background of a lot of sport bikes (NSR 250R, ZXR400SP, ZZR600...) so I believe that my opinion has some value.
Late to the party, but if you stumble on motorcycle called Haojue, it is literally just a Suzuki. Same quality, love it or hate it depending on your taste, and slightly cheaper. That's because Haojue was licensed directly by Suzuki to manufacture many of their low-end motorcycle and have their expert QC senior engineers. Haojue, in turn, use a lot of Suzuki technology and design. And yes, you can even find Haojue Gixxer clone.
Fun fact the Police force of China uses CFmoto 650MT's and 800MT's and recently Greece's police force has ordered dozens of them also. If the popo is using them then they have got to be somewhat reliable.
@@eflanagan1921 That too but from what I hear from peeps that have bought these and put miles on them they have had no issues easy acces to parts if needed, service intervals okay. Dare I say it it's like buying a kawasaki. The 650MT is based on the Kawasaki Versys engine design and the 800MT I think it's the same as the KTM 790 Adventure. So ya value for money and also reliable. The big 4 just became the big 5 it seems.
@@nokia5359budget cuts have been kind of drastic though I think CFMoto isn’t a bad idea. Typically they use v-stroms and Hondas with the occasional aprilia. Honestly it’s good to see they are finally getting newer equipment as most of their vehicles are over 15 years old
I have a Lifan Xpect 200, at 63 just started riding again in 2021. Decided to get my license. This for 2100 was well worth the money. Well built. Great engine
SEA? all I see is Honda Supra, Honda beat, Yamaha Nmax, or Yamaha MX King/Exciter everywhere. Rarely see Lifan. It's there but it's not that huge. Just exist and forgettable.
6 years of riding a CFMoto 650nk to and from work every day , weekend thrashes and it's not had a major mechanical break down , the water pump springing a leak within warrenty has been all . I do all servicing on a regular basis myself and I am really impressed with this bike , 72 hp so it goes very well .
Bennelli 500 Rider in the US here, LOVE this little beast...just enough torque and power to be fun in the city and back roads, and still get you down the HW if you don't mind the slightly stiff tail turning your tailbone to dust. The 702 is not a beginner bike, it is the Adventure Bike you buy when you get divorced and she gets the BMW...you can even slap some badged boxes on the back and just block out the rest of the branding and only other BMW riders will know your pain and commiserate with you.
You should check Zontes too, the 300cc (now they are 350cc) are pretty good for their price. I got the R310 (19 model) they look awesome and they seem to be OK.
@@victorrenevaldiviasoto9728 Just as good as Japanese bikes now in terms of quality and reliability, infact a lot of japanese manufactures make bikes in their chinese factories these days
I own a 2022 Venom KPR 200 made by Lifan and it’s a great motorcycle. Build quality is very good and reliability over the year that I’ve owned it has been outstanding. For a 200cc it does really well cruising around town or even hopping onto the interstate. Gas mileage has been great also, just an all around fun bike that I enjoy very much. I purchased it online from Venom motorsports and they have been great. Budget motorcycles may not be for everyone, Y noob included but for some of us they are a very viable option.
I’m heavily leaning towards a Venom Sportster 200, it’s $2000 and need something to learn on that I won’t be scared to scrape up. Is it essentially the same motor/transmission as the KPM 200?
@@SCIFIguy64 No it's not the same engine as the KPM200, it actually has a 223cc engine. I'm not really familiar with the venom sportster but venom has been good about taking care of their customers, and the sportster would probably be a good bike to learn on.
@@SCIFIguy64YES!! I literally just bought the 2022 VENOM SPORTSTER CHOPPER | 250CC MOTORCYCLE. Comes in in 2 weeks fully assembled. I never rode a bike before so wanted a nice cheap starter so we shall see.
Zontes G1 125 ccm, spoke wheels - I just bought it for urban commuting for my partner. Spending like 3000+$ you get really ..... not joking .... high quality. Surprised?
Voge is also a pretty cool chinese manufacturer having also constructed parts for big vompanies for example BMW. The Voge 500ds is a pretty cool and seemingly reliable ADV bike.
Voge (Loncin) are making excellent bikes, and when the 900 hits the European market, Yamaha, Honda and BMW sales will be hit. I have the 650dsx and engineering wise it’s great value for money and fun to ride. You made a good point and I feel Voge should have been included but the video seemed to centralise on Benelli.
@@TheSunMoon Benelli, QJ Motor & CFMoto is the number 1 dominating China brand here. Me too own a Benelli. In terms of parts it's easier to aquire than Zontes.
The suzuki v strom 650 is so proven and for me seeing them going round the clock, you know its going to be better at 3 years old secondhand than a new benelli 502.
I’ve recently picked up the CFMoto 400GT as my second bike, and it’s perfect for me. Smooth and chill enough for riding comfortably in the streets, yet packs a decent punch on the highways.
if you buy a Chinese bike. Change the engine oil , run it for a few minutes , replace the oil and the filter and you are good to go . Replace the front fork oil , its usually cat piss , which in China is cheap
If I remember correctly Benelli Armi S.p.A. is an Italian firearm manufacturer located in Urbino, Marche, Italy. Founded in 1967 as an offshoot of the Benelli motorcycle factory that sold motorcycles through Montgomery Ward, Benelli and Benelli USA have been owned by Pietro Beretta SpA since 2000.
isnt zontes there in the states? here in Spain they sell 125 and 350cc bikes with loads of technology, good styling and much lower price than brands such as KTM, yamaha, etc
You have it backwards, CFMoto makes the engine for KTM. So KTM is using a CFMoto engine. Hope that helps. Actually looking forward to the CFMoto NK800, which will be a Duke 790 but cheaper.
The Benda LFC 700 is worth a look too. It is an awesome "Cruiser" powered by an inline four cylinder 680cc motor that was derived from Honda. With a huge 310mm wide rear tyre, this machine looks like no other on the planet.
so I actually own a 700clx sport and I have to say; this bike is amazing, fun, reliable, and looks great. I've owned mine for abt 7-8 months now and it has treated me extremely well. I did have a unfortunate scenario happen just a month back though here a piece of metal was found in my long block just messing everything up so I had to get it replaced. so I had to do the break in period again but its running amazing now. with how cheap the bike is its so worth is adding on the gap insurance and getting the warranty to cover you aswell. as someone who got this bike for his first do i think its a good choice? yes absolutely, if you are looking for something thats in the budget of 6k or less with all the same tech as a 30k bike then i highly recommend it. as far as preformance goes though id say its a little slower than the mt07 and has less torque but still a great option!
I have a Kove 510x adv. Engine like a Honda 500cc (498) 48hp 45nm. Ground clearance 220mm. Nissin two-piston front, two discs at the rear single-piston. Steel braided lines. 210mm Kayaba suspension with full adjustment at the rear the same 198mm with adjustment, 20l tank, fuel pump and ABS from Bosch and ABS can be turned off at the back or all. Two maps (eco and sport), on-board computer, tire pressure and temperature, navigation. Central stand, crash bars, crash pads and engine plate as standard, folding gearbox and set levers. USB and cigarette lighter socket 12v as standard. It drives very nicely, agile with a twist (for a motorcycle with only 48 HP). The gearbox is really great, works better than in many Japanese ones. Its younger brother 450cc, rode the Dakar which also says something. There is no problem with parts in Europe and there are also many dealers and the price is lower than the Honda NX500 which is without accessories. I am very happy and there are already motorcycles that have ridden 50k -80k km and do not behave differently than motorcycles from Japan. I think that a brand like Kove, cf moto, qj after making a reputation will be often seen on the roads in the States , there are already a lot of them in Europe... Sorry for my English but it is not my native language. Regards.
As a chinese here, here are my personal recommended models if you wanna try chinese brands: CF moto: 450 SR (sports), 800MT (ADV/Touring), NK450/CLX700 (Street) Beneli: TRK 502 (ADV/Touring), 752 (cruise) Kove: 450 RR (Sports), 800X (ADV/offroad) Not recommending QJ moto bikes as they are bad for quality in general. I would vote for Kove with extra credit as the brand is really investing heavily on innovation and manufacturing their own stuff, the new 450RR parts/engine is really fantastic
@@i-am-learning-life I would rank Zonte as Tier 2 brands as their engine quality may not be consistent from one to the other, can give a try for their Scooter 350D.

I've been watching yaminoob vids for years on and off but haven't liked or subscribed to the channel until this video. This was probably not paid for buy OEMs but so honest in bringing up the conversation of global manufacturing. Everyone's favorite new bikes are made using these design and build techniques. Really cool exposure to some more legit Chinese brands.
Recently bought a Leoncino 500 2020, and man does it both look and ride beautifully, hopefully, the long-term quality will be reliable as I have found multiple bikes with well over 50.000KM for sale used. Wish me luck
Man you missed the specs on the Ibex 800T. It makes the same HP and Torque as the 790 Adventure... 94HP and 54 ft./lbs torque. CFMOTO is building the engines for the new 790 Adventure and the new 790 Duke.
Should have mentioned the Keeway sub brand MBP. I have a MBP M502N and until now have nothing to complain about it. They are releasing a lot of new models soon
That's too wired, a sub brand, but actually a better quality one from a sub brand of Benelli, which is a sub brand of qj motors.. But it's actually a better version of the Honda cb 500 in every shape or form! A wasted opportunity, because Keeway succeed where Benelli didn't, cheap naked bikes. MBP is a more expensive Keeway, it's basically without purpose or meaning. If i choose Keeway, it's because of it's untouchable asked price to value ratio, not because it's supposed to be better than x or y.. Rkf 500 needs to be born, as a natural upgrade for those millions of squids, MBP is just another voge 500.
I’ve got a 650nk from CFMOTO, bought it in September of 2022, currently sitting just shy of 11k miles, no issues out of it. I’m even planning on loading it down and taking it to key west (roughly 900 miles away from my house). Looking forward to seeing some market breakthrough.
Yeah, I'm enjoying my 650nk also. Not as punchy as I was hoping BUT!!! It's a lot faster, torquier and stable than I thought it was going to be. Definitely a great bike.
@@tyrant1178 I agree, after a few months of riding it as a daily, I understood it’s strong points were stop light to stop light, but I have a roughly 50mi round trip commute, so I’ve learned to deal with the shortcomings of it and assumedly all naked bikes
@@ianmoore1312 oh I get that. My commute is only about 15 to 20 minutes but all highway. I think a lot of the negative opinions unfortunately come from the pre break in period. Because I can definitely say my bike came right to life after about 1000 miles

Cfmoto clx 700 sport is nice as well just bought a 2022 for $4999 as they’re making way for the 2023’s they have dual front disc with Brembo stylema calipers and most of the same stuff as the heritage model otherwise
I'm strongly considering a CFMoto clx-700 Heritage for my next bike. They have are actually very comfortable to ride, while still being more upright in the seating (a big plus for me).
i live in Belize and to be honest the Lifan brand of Chinese motorcycles are known to be quite reliable here they get the crap beat out of em and just keep going especially the ones with the Cg engine clone that uses a pushrod system and not timing chains they are crazy durable.
The QJ ( Benelli's owner) has now good models in Europe. The QJ 550 SRK I think I'm going to buy next spring as I could test it during 2 good hours is a pretty interesting bike; 176 kg wet, twin 270°, 61 hp, 2 brembo 320 mm disks in front, suspensions fully adjustable, good general quality and equipment. The bike has about the same horsepower, maybe a bit more, as a Kawa 500 GPZ 2003 or Honda CB 500 2003 which were announced around 60 hp, but with big differences: premium brakes, great suspensions, far better handling. It's not a sport bike but a very funny and easy bike, that will be perfect for an old guy, who got his motorcycle driver license 56 years ago. Lone con for the tall guys the bike is very compact and small, thus perfect for me. The 61 hp power has been the argument. I almost forgot the price 5900 Euros 3 years warranty in France and just the tires to change if you want to drive hard. For memory on 2003 the Honda CB 500 was sold 5483 Euros and you had to change immediately the tires, the fork oil, the rear shocks, put a braided line and all metal pads on the front lone disk. The Honda 500 Hornet 2024 is now around 7000 Euros now with just a twin 180° 47.5 hp and no way to get more, so it can't compete with the 550 SRK . There is almost 14 hp less and you feel it cruelly on the road. Also the quality is not outstanding. There several rather good Chinese brands in France, Voge, CF Moto, Zontes and QJ.

No CSC? The California based company has been selling Chinese motorcycles for the best part of a decade and making a good name for themselves. All their bikes are made by Zongshen in China, and rebadged as CSC. Their small adventure bikes, RX3 and RX4, have gathered a lot of praise, and now they're selling the newer model, RX6. Definitely check them out.
@@worthy_escapes i think they represent Zongshen in the US. CSC does no development on the bikes other than naming and branding. I think it definitely qualifies as a Chinese bike.
@@RideWithRen The PR guy for CSC does have a tendency to be a jerk to critical reviewers, such as eveRide. He came to the conclusion that the RX3 is by far not ideal for Offroad riding due to it's lack of power and it's suspension. He did say that as a commuter, it's fine. He merely said that it is not the game changer some thought it to be. In response to this review, CSC's PR guy relentlessly slandered eveRide and dragged his name through the mud, until people started boycotting the company. Only then did he apologise.
As an Italian I can confirm this. Benelli has become a "known" and commonly sold motorcycle. With now a lot dealers all over and they seem pretty reliable (not japan level...but good enough ) and good looking. I think in part the name/brand played an important part, in the sense that even if a Chinese producer did make good motorcycles, that wouldn't be enough without the italian name/brand behind it. If I were to say I have a Benelli in Italy it's like "ok", however if I were to say I have a "ching chung chang" (any chinese name) the reaction would be negative and "what is that?" regardless of how good the motorcyle actually is. So it has to do with both the quality, but believe it or not, even just the name/brand behind it.
QJ Motor is introducing here in Mexico great options, like the SVT 650X (it has a copy of the vstrom 650 motor, under license, I think) and the srt 700 and 800. It seems the have had a bit of a success on Europe, although there is still not much reviews on them at the moment, they look nice and have quality components. Moto morini is doing also great, offering quite a great a deal for the money. In general all this competition is good for the motorcycle market, since the dominant ones offer their producs at a quite high price and ppl are getting poorer every year, mean while rich ones are getting richer and fatter, so Chinese brands are doing great products for the rest of us.
I have a egl 300 cc dirtbike With 31 hp and really good torque for 240 pounds and findable parts its nice If I would describe in a non specs sheet nerd way Its lightweight the low end and high end is good for a longer stroke engine and I can rev it like crazy and it doesn't blow up on me and a nice suspension adjust and it feels quite different I love that the front end is light weigh and it wheelies very easily
I had a Benelli TnT 1130 Triple naked bike for 1 day back in 2007. I had made a deal trading in my Ducati Monster and rode home on a fabulous looking 1130 Triple in bright green. After riding it just 30 kms, I was back at the dealer demanding my Monster back - while that Benelli was fast and powerful, the gearbox was complete garbage. Missed shifts with false neutrals, and absolutely impossible to find the real neutral when stopping. Even with the engine off, rocking the bike trying to find neutral was almost impossible. The dealer tried riding around the lot, and in two minutes agreed to take it back, refund my money, and return my Ducati. It cost a few bucks to unwind the paperwork, but it was worth it. Months later, that same bike still sat in the showroom...of course, that was an Italian made bike.
I think hear in the UK most 125 bike's are Chinese and they aren't doing to bad like lexmoto and zontes they are holding their value well I mean there 40 percent cheaper so when they get sold people aren't really loosing that much money percent wise there holding their value better than I thought they would bigger displacement I can't comment as there aren't many Chinese bike's available except CF moto
Bn 125 is a very popular beginner bike, and TRK502 is also very popular. Every motorcycle show you go to now, 60% of the bikes are Chinese. They are taking over. All CF moto bikes are cool, but a bit expensive.
i remember when i was riding my little moped, no one else were, i was like the first ever person around my town and surrounding towns lol. i went everywhere with my moped, even up to the mountains lol. it was a kymco ZX-50. that little 50cc was a beast and the whole bike itself was built with exceptional quality... i obviously progress to motorcycles but that little kymco zx50 was like the first girl that you'll never forget... not all chinese product is junk.
I live in Beijing, I paid about $4,900 for a brand new HaoJue TR300 cruiser. Uses a Suzuki engine. This bike is damn near bullet proof, starts first time, every time, even at -15 C in winter. A full year of riding, and all it needed was the regular oil changes.

@@eflanagan1921 yes, they have a 150% import tax. But a lot of companies will do final assembly in China to avoid the tax. My bike was only about 35000RMB (€4000)
Yammie would love to see you do a review on the cfmoto 450sr I went and see one in person in australia and it looked amazing tbh for a small sports bike.
Benelli Tnt600 rider here. Got it last year as my first motorcycle, and other then the weight (just under 500 lbs) I have no complaints. Will probably get one more season before upgrading and turning into a spare/track bike.
Funny the second i seen this title i said the tnt 600 better be in here and this was the first comment i seen😂. I wanted one but theyre rare so i ride my hawk 250 dual sport
Yea they do seem to be rare lol, which is why I’ll never get rid of it. I’m the only person in my area with one, and not a lot of naked bike riders around here, so it’s unique enough to turn heads. The exhaust note is pretty nice as well.
I remember Benelli and Garelli from the 1976, when a friend owns a Benelli and I a Garelli. We bought it because of the pricing. Others were 3 times more expensive and upgrading to 50 cc, is a motor, was very easy. However....if you drove a day, next day you needed to check your bolts...it was possible your cycle fall apart 🤣🤣
the Kove I believe should be on your list . Last season 2023 I was looking at the 450 seamed like a good bike and value for your money the 800CC's also look like a decent bike and bang your the buck however I really can't say as my research was only on the 450's ADV class
In the end, you can check the bikes available in Europe (in France?). I guess the pretty strict legislation (and the Euro5 standard) only let the ok bikes get to the shelves. You can only find Chinese brands such as CFMoto, Benelli, Moto Morini or Voge here. All seem to be decent (nonetheless, we lack the long term feedbacks).
Since very few people are mentioning it, please take a look at Zontes. They are appearing alot here in Europe, personally the 125cc naked model is better than the benelli one (we have both at home).
Yup, Zontes is premium quality Chinese bike, picking up the pace with Honda and Yamaha, started to see them appearing in Europe. Currently looking at G1 as a tempting purchase.
The Chinese made Harley is being used for their msf course at the Harley dealership I live next to in Omaha. They don't sell them but they are definitely using them as their training bikes.
@Kaitlyn Kenyon I can't speak to the quality of the bikes. The only way to get your hands on one is to take the MSF course. Don't want to do that again just for a parking lot ride.
Chinese here, funny thing, QJMOTO has a bad reputation over here for having very consistent quality control issues 😂 but then they did a collab with Harley Davidson (X350 and X500) 😅 over here, Haojue is viewed as the best quality domestic motorcycle, and CFMOTO is more high tech and it has a Police series (TRG650 and 1250)
If Chinese motorbikes are so bad as you insinuate, how come I see them doing very well all over Africa, the Middle East and many other parts of the world - in some of the toughest conditions imaginable. This reminds me of what western media was saying years back about Japanese products - and today, we don't see Land Rovers much. Toyota Land Cruisers are everywhere.
exactly. so bad that in Europe you can find them on every road. Voge, Kove, Benelli, Cf Moto, and now Qj 550x, 650x and some Zontes (I don't know Zontes so I can't judge especially since they only have small capacities and scooters in our country) The truth is that the companies I mentioned, except for Zontes which I simply don't know, make really good motorcycles that are not inferior to the Japanese and often have more accessories for which you have to pay extra
Yamster.. I just bought a Lifan KPX250 dual sport for $2900 shipped.. more than I expected.. yes venom motorsports, but the Lifan is decent EFI, 6 speed, dual disk brakes, that will do 75 without straining (much). for a knock around go anywhere, grand kid can learn to ride bike, it's hard to beat. A perfect match for my XSR9.. your style is obviously high end as it should be, but this specific bike has quite a following as a huge upgrade to a Grom. Quality, fit and finish are decent. Engine always starts. your mileage will vary, but a great second bike honey can learn to ride on.
Living in China - the main newer big 3 here: Voge, Kove (Colove), and Zontes - and the resale is weak here as well, but they are some sweet bikes. I currently have a 2019 GW250 - great machine, I’m fighting with the idea of getting something larger … just too many options in the candy store😂
i owned benelli tnt25 such a sweet bike, reliable aswell i had it for 6 years it aged so well i had to sale it, till end it rocked same engine no problem whatsoever. I only once checked top speed which was 151km/h. which is decent for 250cc
CFmoto is being served in UAE Dubai as rental bikes for the desert and believe me they are worth it since I see everyone who rents one trying to destroys it 😂
We had a crashed Benelli at the garage a month ago, the one thing is that the wielding is poor and just tear like if you where cutting paper. Not a quality build for those ones. I actually wasnt knowing it is chinese at that point and I was shocked at how low the metalwork was done on it.
I believe CFmoto has partnaship with KTM, some of the KTM bikes are manufactured by CFmoto in recent years. In adidtion, HAOJIE should be mentioned. Basically it is a rebranded SUZUKI, the manufacture are monitored by SUZUKI's superivsors and most of the components are imported by SUZUKI from Japan.
My Nov. 2008 China Scoot, was mechanically ok (did about 4,000 miles on it before giving it to my father in law), but it did have fit and finish problems/ as in the seat opening mechanism failed in the first month/ and myself and the local moto shop never figured out how to "reattach" the spring cables to "fix" it. but that aside/ it was an ok ride for a 150cc "touring size" body (had to mount the windshield, battery, rearview mirrors, and floor mats) Oh, and don't forget the REASON people buy cheap China Bikes, it was $1300 bucks delivered. **although I do like my Kawasaki, Versys x300 I ride now/ nice to have well made everything.
CFmoto, Benelli, Zongsheng, Lifan are sold all around the world and have quite reliable small/medium bikes. Unlike the US market which prefer to have gas guzzling, insane horsepower vehicles. The little trade war between the China and US also keeps the Chinese auto industry out of the US whereas its gaining market share all around the globe.
Picked up the cfmoto 650 adventura about a month ago and I love it! The comparison of price to features between this bike and bikes from the japanese big 4 are miles apart. The aftermarket support isn't as established for cfmoto, sure, but I've got 3 dealers within a reasonable distance and plenty more if I wanted to drive an extra hour or 2. Not to mention, I got this thing for msrp out the door. Can't say enough good things about it so far.
Price is literally the only thing it beats the Big Four on. Japan is so far ahead of China on engine longevity, reliability, and quality - it’s not even a competition. CFMoto riders will be on bike #3 while a Japanese bike will be on rider #3.
Oh god this thing is a piece of trash. Burns your crotch, crap electrics. Quality issues galore. Moronic placement of main fuse under the tank. I cannot get rid of it. Oh and garbage warranty.
@@dr.rupture8467 actually is not that far away in terms of reliability. Yeah, the crappy ebay bikes are absolute crap, but the good chinese bikes like CFMOTO actually are really reliable, using engines designed by kawasaki o KTM. Also features are a BIG PLUS. The 300nk comes with full LED lights, dual channel ABS (you woulnt believe how such basic thing is not that common on $4000 and below bikes) a TFT display with bluetooth connectivity and 2 riding modes. The duke 250 that costs like 1000dls more have alogen lights, a cockpit designed 10 years ago and just recently added abs.
Dunno, I rode mine 650TK for four years and 50k kilometers. Never had an issue with it. Now it happily serves the next owner with the milage above 70k, as far as I know. I personally wouldn't sell it if not moving to another country, and would totally buy another cfmoto when I get the chance
Omg you know i just realized one thing about the Chinese ( they got tons of RAW material wich explains how they are able to knock down their prices like that) they have a plug on most raw materials for cheap to begin with
The TRK502 has a X variant Spoked wheels. Aluminium cases(3pieces) and longer suspension for mild offroading Like 600-700€ extra. Just for looks imo Some dealers sell em with the X package for sub 6k Heavy, yes. Fast, no. Good enough for most riders that want a long distance bike for cheap and new, yes And some ppl want a that GS look
I could say, most if not all good chinese bike recommended in this video, has lesser build quality than other Japanese, continental or even India built brands like Bajaj, KTM 390 and BMW 310. The evidence at least to my eyes and personal testing on the bikes are shallower plastic fairings which feels light (the low quality light, not carbon like), signal stalks that break too soon (same issue as the fairings) and mechanical issue / assembly issue. Its kinda like you expect these kind of issues will happen to 3 or 4 years old bikes but it happen to 1 to 2 years old chinese bikes. So depend on the pricing and your inclination to learn fixing a bike yourself, its still worth buying but there's also much more great option in used market from japanese bike although they're probably too boring. At lease bikes from Benelli has great sound especially those with parallel twin engine like Leoncino and TRK.

What was the top speed you got on it ( I know silly question but ?)? And is maintenance cheap?

Got 1500 miles on my 300NK, and loving the MPG life on it. I have about 1000 miles on my Lifan X-pect 200, paid $2200. Zero trouble. Excellent mileage. Fast enough. Absolutely worth what I paid.
I got a tnt300 as my first bike and fell in love, such a unique motorcycle and definitely underappreciated.

My Yamaha was manufactured in China. It's fun and reliable.
i live in Belize and to be honest the Lifan brand of Chinese motorcycles are known to be quite reliable here they get the crap beat out of em and just keep going especially the ones with the Cg engine clone that uses a pushrod system and not timing chains they are crazy durable.
I have a CFMOTO 450SS as my first bike. I can’t say much because I’m so new but everyone who sees it absolutely falls in love. Maybe a check on this or the 300SS would be a cool thing to look into!
Saw it today. May be the nicest "entry level" sport bike I've ever seen.

I think that would be because CSC are Cali based. Even though they sell rebadged Chinese bikes, company is still not Chinese.
Let's not forget their Honda cloned engines are indestructible
@@darko_lengkeek-jakupovic thats unfortunate but I personally know two people who have them and say good things.
it might not be common in the US but in Europe benelli is one of the most sold brands (1st in Italy as least)
@ᴍᴇssᴀɢᴇs ᴍᴇ ᴏɴ ᴛᴇʟᴇɢʀᴀᴍ 👉@MrYammie_noob oh hey scammer
There’s only a handful of dealers that sell theses bikes in the CA SF Bay area. A few of these I didn’t know existed. I like this type of vid.
You didn't include the ktm 790 knock off, the cf moto 800NK! Very new, but I'm personally keeping an eye out for it.
I have a egl 300 cc dirtbike
With 31 hp and really good torque for 240 pounds and findable parts its nice
If I would describe in a non specs sheet nerd way
Its lightweight the low end and high end is good for a longer stroke engine and I can rev it like crazy and it doesn't blow up on me and a nice suspension adjust and it feels quite different
I love that the front end is light weigh and it wheelies very easily
I own a benelli bn125, and i can say nothing wrong about it, it's great, and doesn't cost much
I just bought a 300nk out right. Loving it so far. My first bike.
Mind giving an update? Is it still running?
I'd like to add Lifan to this list.
Lifan X pect 250cc dual sport is really reliable and fun
Yea Zontes are the more popular brand in the UK
If this video doesn't include Loncin motors I'll riot...
come on, even chinese are making sideeye towards Loncin motorcycles ,they are nothing but making shit motorcycle
I live in Beijing, I paid about $4,900 for a brand new HaoJue TR300 cruiser. Uses a Suzuki engine. This bike is damn near bullet proof, starts first time, every time, even at -15 C in winter. A full year of riding, and all it needed was the regular oil changes.
haojue has the best reliability among all, they produce all the bullet proof gsxr 250 in the world. but they have 0 innovation their own bikes are reliable small cc vanillas.
Are Import bikes very expensive in PRC ?
@@eflanagan1921 yes, they have a 150% import tax. But a lot of companies will do final assembly in China to avoid the tax. My bike was only about 35000RMB (€4000)

Mines from rya it works for me and my bikes tend to last 4 to 5 years
I have a benelli 302s and its a very good bike, but also very heavy for a 300 (429 lbs). Other then that no complains either and its sounds great
Benelli 600 and 302s are ridiculously heavy. Was going for the TNT 600 for first bike but the weight turned me off. Went with z650 instead.
My local Harley dealer has the 350X’s for their training courses according to a FB post…
Since very few people are mentioning it, please take a look at Zontes. They are appearing alot here in Europe, personally the 125cc naked model is better than the benelli one (we have both at home).
You can check voge too it has nice bikes
Yup, Zontes is premium quality Chinese bike, picking up the pace with Honda and Yamaha, started to see them appearing in Europe. Currently looking at G1 as a tempting purchase.
We have Zontes brand in South Africa
Just picked up a CF 300SS and what you get for the money is almost unbeatable. I'm constantly getting compliments on it. It's just such a sexy bike!
Chinese here, funny thing, QJMOTO has a bad reputation over here for having very consistent quality control issues 😂 but then they did a collab with Harley Davidson (X350 and X500) 😅 over here, Haojue is viewed as the best quality domestic motorcycle, and CFMOTO is more high tech and it has a Police series (TRG650 and 1250)
Bought my Leoncino Trail last year and I love it.

The 350cC... Yummy yum I likey. But thanks for the education till now I thought that Beneli was still an expensive Italian brand.
Ive been riding a cfmoto 300NK for the past 3 years. Recommended 👍🏽

@@sergusster It might be fine in your country but in Canada they are just a lost cause.
Omg you know i just realized one thing about the Chinese ( they got tons of RAW material wich explains how they are able to knock down their prices like that) they have a plug on most raw materials for cheap to begin with
The TRK502 has a X variant
Spoked wheels. Aluminium cases(3pieces) and longer suspension for mild offroading
Like 600-700€ extra. Just for looks imo
Some dealers sell em with the X package for sub 6k
Heavy, yes. Fast, no. Good enough for most riders that want a long distance bike for cheap and new, yes
And some ppl want a that GS look
The Cf moto 450sr also good motorcycle. It has Crossplane 2 cylinder and 47hp
