    I’m old. I can’t do as you taught me. Because l’m 75 years old this year. I can only practice once a day

      Hello there! Age is just a number and it should not stop you from trying new things or learning new skills. It's great that you are still willing to practice despite being 75 years old. Remember, practice makes perfect and even if you can only do it once a day, it's still better than not doing it at all. Keep pushing yourself and don't give up. I believe that you can still achieve great things regardless of your age. Keep up the good work and stay motivated!
