Hi, thanks so much for your comment. It's great to hear you're on the journey and doing really well. I've been using intermittent fasting as well, and it has certainly helped me. I generally follow a 16:8 strategy during the week when working, and then at the weekend, I just go with the flow but stick to my plan. Please keep us posted on your progress, and let us know if you need help.

Good luck to you and thanks for the video. As a landscaper I've stretched every morning for years. At 47 I stopped eating sugar and ultra processed food over a year and a half ago which got rid if any excess fat within months. I am now trying to do as much strenthening exercise as possible, creatine has helped with that! It's a real no brainer life is so much better fit and active.

thanks so much for your insights, glad to hear you have a plan that is working for you. I am in process of removing sugar which is harder than I remember. I have been thinking of restarting creatine so I think your comment is sign I should do it.

@@nevertoolateuk I am no expert on creatine, but if I have free time on my hands to exercise it help with going again the next day. Good luck with the sugar I quit it to lower inflammation. I didn't find it too difficult, but then compared to nicotine, everything seems easy!
