Definitely subscribed! Saw you on That Pedal Show and liked the episode very much. You definitely have a natural easy way of explaining things. Now I'm off to see if you have any mini lessons in your playlists😊 Take care.
Such an inspiration. I stream your vids onto the tv, pick up my guitar and stumble along like a shoved drunk on a Friday night, totally inspired by you and your band's playing.
Great as always! It's so nice to see there's a new episode and need to listen to the album too. By the way, both description and credits at the end of the video list Devon on the bass. It happens easily when copying stuff around.
Congrats on the new album Jocelyn! CD ordered and looking forward to hearing it in full. Not Danish but favorite Scandiwegian drummer is Magnus Öström from Esbjorn Svensson Trio.
Jocelyn -- Hey thanks! Congratulations on the album. I really enjoy your playing. It's a wonderful mix of improv and melody/music, if you know what I mean. For me, you value composition and touch most highly -- not speed for the sake of speed. Thanks again.
I promise you dude when you try a nice archtop such as Benedetto , dale unger , victor baker and my favorite by far and the affordability is sort of great is Collings eastside jazz archtops. Those guitars are set up so beautifully I can’t even describe the way it feels. It’s like you’re playing a piano.
Man, I almost forgot to tune in! Saw you last night in Santa Cruz, and that was a KILLER SET! It flew by too fast! Thanks to you and all the band. Was the bassist Liany Mateo? And Jason Lewis on drums? Definitely thanks to Will Bonness on keys!
Already got it!! I think it's your best effort to date. Your playing continually matures with time and, speaking as a semi-pro guitarist myself (retired), that ain't a bad thing! God bless and keep knocking them out of the ballpark, Jocelyn! 🙂🙃🙂
Hi Jocelyn. I’m loving your new album, “Portrait of Right Now”! I have a couple of questions for your next installment of “The Jocelyn Gould Show.” First off, with all due respect to Devon, it’s apparent that you, Will and Kevin have playing together for “a minute.” Jazz is obviously a language but then on top of that, there’s that musical telepathy that happens the more you play with the same people. What does it feel like on the bandstand and, alternatively, how do you and your band mates keep it sounding fresh? Second question: Like many a JG fan, I discovered you and your music via your appearance on “That Pedal Show.” Did your professional life “ blow up” after that aired on YT?
Definitely subscribed!

Love these shows, and love the new album! Thanks, Jocelyn!
Thank you, so glad you're liking it!

Thanks for the heads up!
Great performances by all as usual. I can't believe your talent isn't more widely recognized. Ive been telling all that would be interested about you.
That's awesome, thank you so much!

so true re. playing an instrument that doesn’t limit your progress 🤘🏻
love it.
Lovely playing as always!

Hi Jocelyn, can’t believe it’s a week since you played your gig in Arthur’s Dublin. What an incredible gig! Hoping you’ll be back here soon! David
love the new bass players tone-taste-time, hand in glove w/ kevin's great drumming!
Yes, he's great!
Great show!
Congratulations!!
Listening live to Io's Orbit now. Awesome!!
Amazing, thank you so much!
Great comment on your Benedetto about it not being the limiting factor. I will keep that as a criteria if I ever upgrade to a better jazz box.

¡Como suena eso! ¡Felicitaciones desde Ibiza, España! Un abrazo 😘

Just ordered a new album 🎸
Beautiful tone, what kind of pickups do you have on your guitar.

Brilliant Once Again. ❤
Beautiful impro woman guitarist
Is interview short for….interior view?
Sounds correct to me…what say you?
What's the deal with the wall between the bass player and the drums? It looks portable. Is there some band drama or something?
The cover shocks me a little bit. XD
Excuse me what kind of jazz stile do you belong?
