Im loving this series, the setting is is beautiful, there is so much attention payed to the edition and organization to make everything sound balanced, amazing work!
Great Tunes and questions! I especially liked your answer to ''How to learn chords by ear' I think an important aspect is one that you didn't talk about but demonstrated. Singing intervals and chord tones. Being able to sing the pitches you want to play is a very important step to being able to play them on your instrument.
Such tasteful, refined playing (and singing!) by both Jocelyn and the band. Man I love this stuff. If music is about saying something, you said a whole lotta good stuff.
Hi Jocelyn; I liked your little lesson on finding the cord changes by hear. I looking forward to meeting your at the Wakefield guitar festival Aug 17 Thanks for doing this show. Gary
Thanks a lot Jocelyn: your technique is fantastic and Your one of my favorite "JAZZ" virtuoso.I am an old-timer and a player and followed jazz standards players tutorial's for decades. Blessing to you and your quartet simply in harmony mind, body, & soul. 😇🙏🎶✔️🎵😇🎸Is there going to be an episode 8? I geared for it, and or looking forward to it!
Always a pleasure to watch the replay quietly. but, not really a question, just for joking... when will you decide to do the cable managment ? at every session i ask myself how will she find her jack ? Please continue to share, you are a wonderful quartet. greetings from france
I Always hear Chords in Colors. So I hear the whole Chord for me it works great. Best school for that I think Micky Baker s book. I my Times I lesson a lot to AFN with Tony Mottola and al the good songs.
I wish I could play like you. Your ideas whem soloing are always interesting and add to the tune eithout being pretentious or showing off. I wish I was able to play like you years ago. Used to play ByeBye Blackbird years ago. I think l'll revisit it.
Loving this episode guys as massage therapist I think Kevin should sit up more and can I please have my hot chocolate and croissant date with Jocelyn at the insomnia restaurant

Uau show! Música relaxada 👏👏👏👏👏
Love it! My favorite Sweet Lorraine is done by Mike Battaglia on piano, post-edited into microtonality for some fascinating chord crunchies.
Sounds REALLY nice and every one plays GREAT!

There is a 0% likelihood that Jocelyn is a mean person in real life. ☺️

Pure Gould…
Just love it but if you could put a little more sensuality on your voice like talking on our hears it would be a little better. ❤
