If you get System 5 error - Access Denied:
1. Search "Command Prompt" on your Windows computer
2. Right Click on Command Prompt in the list
3. Click Run As Administrator
4. Continue following videos steps
5. Resolved .

You can change the password via CMD without even know the username nor the password, with this command :
net user %USERNAME% NewPassword
Hit enter and the password will change for the current user. If you want change the password for another user on your computer then type : net user, hit enter, get a user's name and type this command : net user The_Username NewPassword
If it says : ACCESS DENIED, run the CMD window as and Administrator.
