Damn this hit hard, I took a break from dating and talking to people. Just focused on the bag for 2 years and got my own place now. I realised you’re pretty much on your own really. I see through peoples bullshit and when you call it out they don’t like it. When people trying to test me or play games I just get disappointed than being angry or insecure, doing that really effects people. Have had a few disrespectful people come back apologising because I didn’t put up with the bullshit. Can be lonely when you have self awareness skills and reading physiology books that have taught me how easily manipulated I was. Unintentionally too, I just accepted things like they were normal. Spiritual awakening was nuts. Being a man is tough. The world is harsh and unforgiving, no place for a boy.
@@IcedUp may I ask what books did you read, that you are taking about? I'm young, I need to know how not to be manipulated as easily as it can be done right now
I love the transitions. There is a connection between each movie scene - Christian cross, something moving to the right, behind the back shot, gun, close-up of face/colourful cinematography, flashing light on the face, sitting down and eating, walking forward, driving in a car, sitting cross-legged, walking in alleyway, someone wearing a suit, something obscuring the scene (water or a glass window), looking sad/dark cinematography
The reality of our world is that we are alone. Despite having friends. When our days are finished we are left alone with just our thoughts. Let that be okay 👌🏼 and allow yourself to be vulnerable with people including your pals. Doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong enough to speak about the truth. To speak the truth and not fear the world of anyone in it shows what sort of man you are
I like how he picked up the moments for the transition, each transition from one character from one movie to another character from another movie is connected, if you look at it, for example, at 0:17, you can see how the detective from the series is near the cross in the church, and literally the next moment already begins with another movie, but in a similar place, even at first you don't notice that these are two different films, in this edit every transition is so connected if you delve into this topic, good job, you did it with a bang.
The characters are literally perfect with their identification, they make you feel that you are not a weirdo that there are also people who feel the same as you and when you see their stories they help you not feel so alone and improve your way of life thanks to all those personalities that helped me in my worst moment, really thank you
What an amazing video with characters we can all relate. However, there is one more relatable character that can be in a future video, which is William Foster (acted by Michael Douglas) from Falling Down. The man also doesn’t like how society treats him and gets really fed up with everyone he meets on his way, and the only thing that he ever wanted to do was get to his daughter as it was her birthday. ❤
What I love about these is they're like a modern art collage and go to show how much emotion can be invoked in an image or video. It reminds me of why I love art and film, when art actually has some sort of meaning or is made by people who actually understand it's purpose. The marriage of the visual format and sound is the greatest achievement man has made. Conjuring a form of reality out of nothing, like god. Also listen to Pt. 2 by Mildred. I have to say that everywhere lol.
Depression is a bitch.😞 and the lack of meaning in life and the lack of fullfilment are too. To everyone how can relate I say that you'r not alone, especially during these times, and I hope you can find peace and happiness!
Definitely a masterpiece of edit, thank you for adding Sicario, its my favorite movie and Alejandro is just a supreme character I think you should add these 3 the next time: Driver - Drive James Reece - The Terminal List Bruce Wayne/Batman - The Batman Roy McBride - Ad Astra
There are so many characters that are brought into films, but those who are deeply, alone, withdrawn, and out of reality in the real world, and yet, these characters give such comfort and warmth. they inhabit such tragedies in their life, yet they have so much weight that it connects to us.
You know what sucks? This issue is faced by so many and its so diffcult to deal with, difficult to explain to others and it sucks even more when you say "yeah i cant really describe it but watch drive and the main character is basically how i feel" can make you seem like someone that just wants empathy or youre a person making your problems to be so much more than they really are and from my personal experience people discredit your issues immediately because "oh its in a movie not an actual issue in your life lmao" like i got looked down upon because i can only express myself and how i feel with the help of these characters
it's harsh but no one cares. They don't look down upon you or not understand you they too have at some point gone through such a thing but, in the end, no one cares. And you gotta accept it and stay strong
I know people meme about these characters, shows and movies. But deep down we all know why we relate to them, because they show us an image of a troubled depressed man, fighting traumas and demons. Something we can all relate to. its not just "oh look he's just an incel that's why he likes it", no, its much more deeper than that.
@@smartwater598 Sure, they can be badasses, but if it's not that deep, then what's the point for these cinematic products to exist in the first place? For them to be widely discussed by both critics and fandoms alike? Afraid your take is quite shallow there, mate.

I don’t think I do sometimes ngl
The world is harsh and unforgiving, no place for a boy.
boohoo
@@pocketblue that’s a pretty good shop for clothes
Amen brother. Good read.
@@IcedUp may I ask what books did you read, that you are taking about? I'm young, I need to know how not to be manipulated as easily as it can be done right now

Broken people are the strongest 💔
The most comfort you can get out of these are the millions of others that feel the exact way as you, and you're not alone in that fact
A perfect edit including numerous movies. Exactly what I was looking for. Added to my playlist.
Can you tell me..all the movies that are in this edit?
@@mohammedwissam3064 I wish i knew
What a beautiful homage to cinema as whole, I kinda felt pround of myself when I recognized all those movies and tv shows.
This is kind of a masterpiece.
Probably the best "Literally Me" comp out there
I love the transitions.
This comment makes me appreciate this video even more now.
it's honestly a little sad and kinda disturbing that so many of us young men feel we relate to these characters
It’s not that deep these young man just wanna look badass and mysterious
The reality of our world is that we are alone. Despite having friends. When our days are finished we are left alone with just our thoughts. Let that be okay 👌🏼 and allow yourself to be vulnerable with people including your pals. Doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong enough to speak about the truth. To speak the truth and not fear the world of anyone in it shows what sort of man you are
preach it brotha
What a bullshit.
I won't die alone.
I completely agree
Stories like this and personalities like this give me meaning to live
The characters are literally perfect with their identification, they make you feel that you are not a weirdo that there are also people who feel the same as you and when you see their stories they help you not feel so alone and improve your way of life thanks to all those personalities that helped me in my worst moment, really thank you
Ahhhhh, my favourite genre.... _"Broken Protagonist with a minimal chance of recovery or a happy ending"_
Leon, Driver, Taxi Driver, Blade Runner and Fight Club hit different
What an amazing video with characters we can all relate. However, there is one more relatable character that can be in a future video, which is William Foster (acted by Michael Douglas) from Falling Down. The man also doesn’t like how society treats him and gets really fed up with everyone he meets on his way, and the only thing that he ever wanted to do was get to his daughter as it was her birthday. ❤
literally me is one of those internet cultures which will be speaked of even decades later
That's literally everyone of us at one point in life
You are not alone my friend....
Fcking awesome edit, and long enough, great job!
Depression is a bitch.😞 and the lack of meaning in life and the lack of fullfilment are too. To everyone how can relate I say that you'r not alone, especially during these times, and I hope you can find peace and happiness!
Happiness is only real when *shared*
Btw I'm starting to think getting stoned might be making my pychosis worse haha, I'm just starting to notice I think? haha.
Oh btw, yer comment makes sense......🤔.
I don’t want to stop watching/listening to this. Truly a masterpiece, I’m in love 😅
I wasn’t expecting Sicario, thank you for that addition, Alejandro is literally me.
Ikr? Its my favorite movie of all time, Alejandro is an awesome character
Definitely a masterpiece of edit, thank you for adding Sicario, its my favorite movie and Alejandro is just a supreme character
I think you should add these 3 the next time:
Driver - Drive
James Reece - The Terminal List
Bruce Wayne/Batman - The Batman
Roy McBride - Ad Astra
Don't forget Cliff Booth🙂
I'll add Takeshi Kovacs from Altered Carbon
No, you don't get it, he didn't include the Driver from Drive(2011) because that character is literally me. Not anyone else, just me.
Thanks for including Mr Robot, a mountain of feelings when I think of Elliot’s development substance and mental health issues! Relatable af
Loved to finally see Rorschach in one of these type of edits, great job dude!
I know people meme about these characters, shows and movies. But deep down we all know why we relate to them, because they show us an image of a troubled depressed man, fighting traumas and demons. Something we can all relate to.
its not just "oh look he's just an incel that's why he likes it", no, its much more deeper than that.
Amen.
This shit is satirical.
@@manuelmateo3392 No. It isnt
It’s not that deep and no guys relate to them. They’re just badass looking characters and every man wants to look badass
@@smartwater598 Sure, they can be badasses, but if it's not that deep, then what's the point for these cinematic products to exist in the first place? For them to be widely discussed by both critics and fandoms alike? Afraid your take is quite shallow there, mate.
I'm just like them except the main difference is I would cry and shit myself if I were ever in any of the situations those characters faced
I'm blown away by smoothness of editing and tranisition between characters. One of the best LitMe edits I saw.

Thank you for adding Jimmy McGill ! 🖤
One of the best edits I've seen. The way that it goes from the character's good state to the character's insane state is really cool for example.
James from "The End Of The F***ing World" feels like a Young Generation version of a Literally Me character. Like if Travis Bickle and Patrick Bateman's personality were put into a Child.
These "Literally me"only Reminds me that I'm not alone in this world who is struggling.
i love how each clip is connected in beginning and end in the way the characters are presented in the scene
Many people have called this out but the transitions made this video even more great.

my social life is very limited as a result i'm lonely. That's why I mostly jog on weekends or Fridays to distract myself from what I might have. I usually find myself at the bench in the park around 2 or 3 a.m. and enjoy the quiet night. I tried to get out of this vicious circle. But it is impossible.
