Amazing edit, I really loved it. They made good movies back in the days. This movie kinda predicted the future, we're the generation of the weak. As of the moment, we're facing a great depression (current economy) and a looming war. Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, weak men create hard times.
We're a generation of men raised by women. Women who told us every day how much they hate men. Like Tyler asks: is another woman really the answer? I like that this movie gets one thinking. Right or wrong, it pushes you way out of your comfort zone and gets that brain working.

Does anybody really understand the movie? It's not about find masculinity, it's about the various ways that society and groups alienate men to stop the achievement of individualization and to take respondability for your own. The ending is the protagonist being ok with being himself, not a corporate puppet or a super macho.
Clearly not, a movie is about how men in modern society are isolated cant express their masculine side and cant find meaning in their life, and how some will take advantage of those lost man for their own advantage
That is true- but what he had to do in order to achieve that is important. Men aren’t a dull knife, we need edges and sharp corners, we can’t be a butter knife, we need to go to extreme places to achieve extreme things and then, only then can we be introspective. We can’t become Buddhist monks without walking on the fire
You don't have to be super macho do be masculine. You don't know what masculinity is if you think you have to be macho all the time. Those guys are all posers
Yea I'm reading through these comments and its wild how aggressively these commenters completely missed the point of the movie. You should not idolize Tyler Durden or want to be in Fight Club; they literally become what they were criticizing especially in the beginning, all braindead selfdestructive followers that surrender thoughts, bodies, and any sense of individuality over to someone who does not have their best interests in mind. They're also following the hyper-insane disassociative cult leader personality of a man suffering from depression and insomnia to the point he develops disassociative identity disorder. Even the author of the book said he's disappointed in how many people think Tyler Durden is someone to aspire to.
my favorite movie, the first time i watched it i was very euphoric, i agreed with all the phrases that tyler said because i already knew it subconsciously. Our real war is spiritual warfare, our real depression is our lives! And since this is true, more than ever, I've been going through this for 2 years! I lost all my friends, and addiction ended me, now, I'm getting back on my feet, but this time, with God at my side!
I am actually considering to join a boxing club inspired by this movie and this very video here. Reject weakness, embrace masculinity. Overcome your fears.
To anyone that says this movie is a critique to masculinity, it isn’t, this movie is about what happens when society doesn’t embrace men and alienates them. Those men turned to Tyler because in this kind of society they had nothing to live for, when men are alienated, slaves for corporations, told that consumerism is the answer, single without any family, that’s what happens, they look for someone to guide them out of this and to destroy it. It’s not a critique to men, it’s a critique to society that doesn’t embrace those men and doesn’t give them a real purpose.
@@Slim2Flo no dude trust me wayyyyyy different. I actually hold Andrew Tate rather highly compared to other people I know but his views are very hedonistic which is one of the things that Tyler Durden was very against. The inner Masculine spirit inside all of us Men has been subdued and squeezed out by Society. We need to channel that Masculine energy in order to truly become who we are, as nature intended. You need to go out in to the World, create a legacy, use that Masculine energy as a drive, build, create, and conquer the World, find other Men like you, build a brotherhood of Men, our purpose is not just to survive, but it is to thrive in this Life. It's crazy how people misundertand Fight Club. It's of course a critique of the capitalism and consumerism. But it's not celebration of manlyness, toughness, etc. It's a direct critique of toxic masculinity. It says "stop looking for manlyness, violence, stop to act tough, harden yourself. Stop listening to charismatic, seductive, and dangerous leaders, they will blind you and lead you to your self-destruction with this rigid idea of masculinity. Seek meaning in your life instead of being exploited, alienated, and destroyed by capitalism and consumerism. The fight should be used to resist the dehumanizing society that brainwashes us. "You don't understand how much I've rewind this fkin video" WE brother you arent alone we are out here seek us out
the one that stuck out the most, "we're a generation of men raised by women", and its been so true in society for the last 25-35 years.
Yes, unfortunatley men are raised to be to emotional and to vulnerable
We’re controlled by women who tell us we control them. They tell us to be weak but hate us when we are. We are left outside on both ends and left out of the golden middle. That has been the last 35 years for us.
tell me, was there ever a generation of men not raised by women?
bro, my mother taught me to be strong, so I can't relate to that line. Idk about western culture and am from India
@@PlemenitaZver men can be emotional too what's wrong with that?
I come here often When I'm at low points.

nice to read!! keep going
Im glad to read this
Honestly, I’ve been feeling sooo low lately, but these edits reminds me to be in track! Thank you! Every time I watch this, I come back to life again. These edits, keep them coming. “Our Great War is a spiritual war, our Great Depression is our life itself”
im glad that i helped, keep moving forward my brother
Hope you feel better, we all go through lows and sometimes are biggest enemy is ourselves. Definitely try reaching out to your close people or even a therapist can help. Don't ever feel like you cant talk, openning yourself up is scary and sometimes it is a risk, but your voice and the way you feel matters.
“We must be hardened against fortune by the fortune itself”. Life does shake.
its ups and downs, indeed
One of my dad’s favorite lines are “If you can conquer your fears I promise you…you can conquer death” and I took that to heart and I promised myself that until I truly it is time for me to go …death will not take my legacy away cause death can take my physical body but death will never take my legacy….NEVER….this video inspired me very much…😊 and I do agree modernity nowadays is BS we need to embrace masculinity cause masculinity is what we truly need
Exactly i have a legacy of soap and it will never diminish.
Jesus defeated death we have no power of the the forces of life. Even our legacy will be remembered in a handful of minds only to also die and forget. But Jesus promises of something greater, actual hope and purpose for your life. I encourage you to read the gospels. I hope you can find relief in there, cause it's where I found mine.

Tyler Durden is a reflection of the best version that exists in everyone
This is enough to give me motivation for the rest of my life
Destruction of yourself is the only way to fully hit rock bottom and finally be free and willing to take any risk life throws at your face. Its time to be the dick swinging human which steps over death to get his finalle outcome. Never end up again in consumtion of this liberalised consumer based society. Its time to step in
Amazing edit, I really loved it. They made good movies back in the days. This movie kinda predicted the future, we're the generation of the weak. As of the moment, we're facing a great depression (current economy) and a looming war. Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, weak men create hard times.
True, we will face many f up thing from now on, but also we are the ones who can change something
Now its time to restart the cycle and create strong men💯
Endless loop
😃😃
And you're one of the weakest
We're a generation of men raised by women. Women who told us every day how much they hate men. Like Tyler asks: is another woman really the answer? I like that this movie gets one thinking. Right or wrong, it pushes you way out of your comfort zone and gets that brain working.
weakness gets you no where. embracing what you have deep in your core is key to your social survival.
This video is great, this video almost summs up all the important things in the movie, i love this video, I appreciate whoever was behind the screen working hard to make this video for the people.

without pain without sacrifice we would have nothing

That is why God allows things to happened and exist. We may not understand His Way but He knows that if we have everything, we wouldn't understand what life means...
Does anybody really understand the movie? It's not about find masculinity, it's about the various ways that society and groups alienate men to stop the achievement of individualization and to take respondability for your own. The ending is the protagonist being ok with being himself, not a corporate puppet or a super macho.
Thank you! Took me some Time to find a Common that gets it
Clearly not, a movie is about how men in modern society are isolated cant express their masculine side and cant find meaning in their life, and how some will take advantage of those lost man for their own advantage
This is the best edit I've ever seen, truly amazing craftsmanship.

How so?
He sure did but still it's what The film was about in concept more then the original intentions I would say
my favorite movie, the first time i watched it i was very euphoric, i agreed with all the phrases that tyler said because i already knew it subconsciously. Our real war is spiritual warfare, our real depression is our lives! And since this is true, more than ever, I've been going through this for 2 years! I lost all my friends, and addiction ended me, now, I'm getting back on my feet, but this time, with God at my side!
VERY inspiring edit! honestly amazing work!

I even heard this today on my birthday while working out thank you for this Masterpiece
In Tyler we trust
To anyone that says this movie is a critique to masculinity, it isn’t, this movie is about what happens when society doesn’t embrace men and alienates them. Those men turned to Tyler because in this kind of society they had nothing to live for, when men are alienated, slaves for corporations, told that consumerism is the answer, single without any family, that’s what happens, they look for someone to guide them out of this and to destroy it. It’s not a critique to men, it’s a critique to society that doesn’t embrace those men and doesn’t give them a real purpose.
In a strange way andrew tate is the tyler durden of modern society when you put it like that
Almost like they did it irl
And they turn into consumers after in the movie to tyler 😂😂 being unidentifable subordinates to tyler durden rioting for nothing
@@sebassharassmen need a purpose, as stupid as it sounds Tyler gave them a purpose that society didn’t.
@@Slim2Flo no dude trust me wayyyyyy different. I actually hold Andrew Tate rather highly compared to other people I know but his views are very hedonistic which is one of the things that Tyler Durden was very against. Not just hedonism but there are much more things they contrast with as well as agree with but the one thing that they both stand out for is their best act of all which is guiding lost men.
Unbeleiveble Brad Pitt didn’t won a oscar for that role !!!!!!!!!

Masculinity has to earned and feminism is to be preserved.
The movie is about toxic masculinity along to chuck palanik
I used to watch this movie every night and wake up to the title screen for years this movie has so many perspectives
You're right, it can be observed from many ways
The inner Masculine spirit inside all of us Men has been subdued and squeezed out by Society.
We need to channel that Masculine energy in order to truly become who we are, as nature intended. You need to go out in to the World, create a legacy, use that Masculine energy as a drive, build, create, and conquer the World, find other Men like you, build a brotherhood of Men, our purpose is not just to survive, but it is to thrive in this Life.
If you're just living your Life on easy mode, then you haven't really lived, you need to take greater risks and conquer greater challenges to get truly become fulfilled and happy in Life.

Jack loses his junk to cancer, his masculinity is then in question. Marla,Bob,Chloe they’re all jack.
Tyler is who he used to be. He becomes Marla full time in the end.
I listen to it every morning and it gives me strength
Connect with your emotions, your inner strength, connect with others, and hold on, live even if the world is absurd."
