Thank god. As a parent it is unbelievable that crackheads have been given priory over the safety of my children.
Oh according to Biden and the current administration.."They're not your kids"..That's how the Hitler youth movement got started..exactly what they are doing to the youth of today..Indoctrinate your kids..turn them against their parents and their country..
You are heartless

Actually, these homeless can go to the shelter. They usually get kicked out because they can’t abide by the rules and regulation to mitigate the liabilities.
My idea is to separate the homeless into three categories. One group is homeless with drug and mental problems. Place these people as far away as possible into a single location where they can be given the freedom to do whatever they feel like. Like setting up a tent, buy drugs and free access to medical/mental help. The second group will be people who can abide by the rules at a shelter. The third group is someone who just landed on the hard times and really only needs a short term assistant to get back on their feet with job training, job referrals and a section 8 to live close to the general population.
Unfortunately, you're correct. The Homeless Industrial Complex will never support this
You're full of crap homeless can't get anywhere without help and selfish people are incapable
@@ronaldmcdonald3965hiring illegals leads to homelessness
There shouldn't be any rules that have these people getting kicked out. They're not model citizens, so thinking they're going to abide by rules of a model citizen is just foolish. Secondly, this problem is completely government created. Every major city and town had SROs. These were small hotels that had rooms, a little smaller than a prison cell, with a shared bathroom on each floor. There were located usually in the "seedy" parts of the city. In Chicago we had several. Look up New Jackson Hotel, Ewing Annex Hotel, and Hotel Tokyo. All now closed. Rent was about $25 a week. They don't need a hotel room with their own bathroom and kitchen. That's completely unnecessary. But if the city refuses to allow such places in favor of yet another luxury condo, the result is you'll have homeless all over the street. The homeless services are located in the city, but you don't want to house the city's homeless because you just have to have build another luxury condo, this is the result.
@@bnwo" Not model citizens"..so don't expect them to follow the rules..?Oh so its good for the but not for me..attitude..that's ridiculous..Your diatribe is full on left wing psychobabble...blah blah..blame the government...blame the white man...its always someone else's fault..How many live at YOUR..house?..How many do YOU feed?..Thought so.....💨
They can't move because of the heat? It's not been hot for the past 9 months, they could have moved then. Look at the trash, they always trash the environment. The man talking about his cats, shame he didn't put that much energy into keeping his teeth, bathe, shave, live in a clean environment. No wonder they are moved out, it's not because they are homeless but because they are filthy.
EXACTLY! And I wanna know why homeless people have pets to begin with! You're homeless, you can't take care of yourself, how the Hell are you going to take care of an animal(s)? I've homeless with up to 3 or 4 dogs with them.
But a 100 degrees? In California?! All I hear from Californians is how pleasant it always is there. And I just checked the temperature and it doesn’t even hit a hundred degrees in San Jose this week.
That's because for the last 9months and more they been on meth.
The moment 1 tent goes up you have to act and remove them, if nothing is done there'll be a 100 in a week, a 1000 in a month
Do something about it other than type lol we move them ourselves ..bunch of beta males
Where exactly do you expect the homeless to go? They're mostly people who lost their jobs, couldn't afford the cost of living anymore or got evicted.
Your property values need to halve if you want to solve this problem.
Homeless should stay in those homeless-compassionate people's house.
@@Joesmith-mg6xd That isn't solving any problems. You have thousands of homeless people, they don't just stop existing because you don't like them. They will continue to come back because they physically exist and thus need somewhere to physically be. No one cares how much you hate that.
Correct.
Now Clear up all the homeless camps in California...
All republican states are Federally dependant they just waste the money helping no one
San Jose is in CA🤡
and send theme where ?😂
Caltrans is cleaning up. They put $300 million aside for this. Hopefully the activists don’t shut them down
The homeless should be the ones cleaning up this mess. Us homeowners can't throw our trash out in the street and expect someone else to clean it up.
Homeowners illegally dump stuff all the time, stop it.
@@SpoonHurler A lot of these homeless collect too much junk and then whine about it when the city has to come in clean it all up. Anyone dumping trash is irresponsible. Most homeowners I know don't want to trash their neighborhoods.

They can all go to Shaunn Cartwright's house.
this camp should have never started in the first place. this isn't a legal camping spot so don't complain when you are forced to move. jail for the drug addicts and mental hospitals for the sick . and a swift kick in the butt for those who think the law doesn't apply to them. if these are drug addicts in need of treatment then get it.
Do you really want to punish people simply for existing in a way you don't like?
@@tannerhuxtable6118 these people are me i am one of them. i am a 70 year old version of these guys. i finally quit drugs drinking smoking and became an outreach worker to the addicts still suffering in their addiction, thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ. when nothing else would help love lifted me.
@@tannerhuxtable6118Yes. Because they exist in a way that harms me and my family. They could move into the mountains and forage or grow their own gardens and live off the land but they can’t because their drug dealer lives in the city! 😂

@@tannerhuxtable6118 They could stab me or my kids. They leave needles everywhere where my kids could get hurt stepping on them. So yeah, I don’t feel bad that they are getting removed. I’d suggest something more permanent but that would be cruel to you dumb liberals.
Well it's about time that San Jose grew a pair of balls and cleared out all the homeless people. More cities need to do this and get back to some normalcy.
It was caltrans who did it. Which have certain areas not under city control. Thats why they can do this without any repercussion
@@abrahammc2125Which is great! Get rid of these filthy lazy scumbags.
So Ms. Cartwright seems to be saying that Caltrans (or local communities) should allow illegal squatting (with all the ills that it brings) to continue indefinitely. What kind of "solution" is that? There already ARE resources offered for these people - mostly provided directly or indirectly with our tax dollars. All too many refuse the available help and others who enter shelter and treatment programs wind up getting kicked out of them due to misbehavior.
She's part of the problem. Tear down her home as well.
Ms. Cartwright is making lots of money keeping these people on the streets. If she really cared, she would welcome them to come live with her.
@@troy.peters: That is EXACTLY what is going on throughout California. Federal money is being
spent on people with "positions" in high places making a lot of money who are employed by the local
City, County, State, AND Federal Offices. This has been going on in San Francisco for DECADES now.
Just give all the homeless the address of her home. I'm sure she will set an example for everyone to follow.
@troy.peters you won't see her doing that.
Yes!! Need to do this everywhere
These folks in the encampments got several weeks of this warning to get rehabilitated, jobs and housing. For the homeless advocates protecting them, maybe lets give the homeless people the money directly than giving it to non profits that are supposedly helping the homeless.
Several weeks to get housing and jobs.
Hilarious. And no the California Homeless Industrial Complex is not about helping people. But they do help themselves.
I am glad to hear they were given warnings to move.
The problem is state legislature wanted to give illegal immigrants free heath care instead of giving it to help homeless to get back on their feet and find a new job.
Good job CALTRAN, need more clean up all the homeless camp. ASAP, 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼high tech city not like a third world country.
San Jose doesnt have alot of tech. Only Adobe. The rest is sunnyvale, santa clara, and cupertino

Imprison all tax evaders to lower homelessness
They are not mentally capable of doing anything no matter how simple it is. Fentanyl and Tranq horse tranquilizer destroy humans mentally and physically beyond the point of repair. That's the main cause for massive street homelessness.
What kind of job should they get and how much should they be paid?

I had several items stolen from my truck from roaming homeless guys on bicycles. They hit you and take off. I was able to track my stolen tablet by GPS to a homeless encampment but could not pinpoint who it was. Its gotten real bad.
Upset homeless people saying there was no warning, I’m pretty sure they were told multiple times and still refused to leave.
This is beautiful to watch

Finally 🎉
Should the "homeless" have the right to trash any city against the rights of all the other taxpayers citizens?
It’s advocates like that lady that whines & cries is why these homeless encampments exist.
let's keep it clean!
They always have excuses for why they can't do anything. It's too hot, we don't have time blah blah. There are plenty of places for you to go. You choose not to because you don't want to follow the rules. No drugs, alcohol, stealing etc.
They need to be rounded up and placed in mandatory shelters.
"Back here within a week or two?" In San Francisco, it's "back here within a DAY or two."
If that "unhoused activist" was so concerned about these drug addicts why doesn't she invite them to live in her home? I suspect reality would hit here real quick when they start shooting up and don't leave.
Those activists are making a fortune with the homeless problem thats why they dont want the government to kick them off the streets. They get millions in funding to help the homeless but the money just disappears and the homeless numbers keep climbing.
Let's give her a budget and see what she does with it. 50k a year to start, plus her salary.
@@tannerhuxtable6118 In SF the homeless industrial complex groups are getting $50,000 to $80,000 per bed.
So, that 50k wouldn't cover one place at the going rate. And I kid not on this.

What took so long?
When you illegally trespass and live on public or private property, expect to be evicted and anything you leave behind destroyed. Just be thankful you're not in jail where you belong.
Are you saying becoming homeless should be illegal?
@@leetjohnson how would that stop people from becoming homeless in the first place?
@leetjohnson we currently survive in nature the same way we always have, by working together. But that doesn't answer the question, how would making the state of "being unhoused" illegal end homelessness? If the idea is the threat will cause fear and thus people will attempt to avoid loosing their house, I hate to break it to everyone that those kinds of threats have never worked on a psychological level because the idea of living on the streets is already scary in and of itself. Making it illegal does not increase the threat or fear level. It also doesn't address any problem for why people are becoming homeless to begin with.
To fix this problem we first have to get rid of the Advocates, Activists and Experts.
Don't call them, "Residents".
Save your trash he should be fined and 1 year in prison for littering
I have been saying this for years. They should put all the homeless in a designated place away from our children and our property. And at least provide them with tents and food and most importantly resources for those people who truly want to get clean and mental health services.
You don't have to go to a shelter but you have to be clean. I made it thru homeless 2x even being arrested for trespassing because I would not go to a shelter(COVID-19) because I had everything on a gorilla cart in triple stacked bins strapped down organized. I would pack up every day usually by 8am. Put in storage, then work to get housing. Don't get me wrong I could not do it alone so I am living with Mom at 41 but apartments are expensive. But I don't do drugs and am clean firmly well mannered so I'm sure these homeless can learn to do the same.
It’s about time! Everyone has been paying the price.
Minimum wage is $18 per hour. No tax. Healthcare is provided by the tax payers. Food stamp of $250. Utilities including internet and phone is heavily subsidized. $3100 plus $250 food stamps. Even in SF you can find a clean room for less than $1500. Why cant these people work and make an honest living instead of being leeches? Not every person is entitled to a high rise luxury studio, bmw, and annual overseas vacations. I have no sympathy for their temper tantrums
Work time takes away from stoned time.
The $1500 a month you speak of goes to leeches. Where are you even pulling these numbers from?

According to the homeless people there's always some boss collecting money from the occupants of those camps to funnel money to drug gangs. I say we put hidden cameras into the camps, find those people, and 0:39 [them].
How about we just put em under interrogation until we find out who the drug boss is and then capture him.
the public should not be on the hook to store your belongings you have accumulated. dont listen to the activists.
Shouldn't this read, " Caltrans moved the homeless to another part of the city"?
It should read " City officials are mismanaging Taxed monies when it comes to Homeless Americans."
How many night shelters for homeless Americans in the city?
Night shelters is less tents.
Public Restrooms is less shit on the streets.

The fruits of liberalism.
I feel absolutely no sympathy for these people. There are countless programs available for them to either get help with addiction or their mental health issues. There are also a plethora of programs both public and private designed to help them get back on their feet, get jobs and become productive members of society.
