I would recommend the following with these exercises: Tempo squad hold - 10 reps x 4 sets Lunges - 8 reps each leg x 3 sets RDL - 8 reps x 4 sets Single leg RDL - 8 reps each leg x 3 sets Sumo squads - 12 reps x 4 sets
I did Tempo Squad Hold - 12x3 Lunges - 12x3 RDL - 12x3 One Leg RDL - 5x3 Sumo Squats - 12x3 I should have read through comments cause i was dying after the lunges 😭😭
I think you should start showing us about exact positions we should hold during workout . We all are aware of all these exercises but many people do these exercises in wrong ways
Krissy,watch out for that left knee. During your squat the left knee only is shaking side to side which could mean there's some weakness or lack of engagement throughout the kinetic chain...just a heads up from a girlie that didn't notice my knee doing that for years and had to do a lot of rehab on it. I'd suggest using a band when squatting and focusing on every part of your foot cementing to the ground while also pushing your knees out against the bad to the point where it's comfortable
Sorry asking this. I have been trying to implement squats in my routine, however I feel like my knees are too weak for a squats with heavier weights or with machine. Do you know any workouts that help strengthen the knees?
@@kaytee789if you feel your knees r too weak for squats it might be a stability issue. As a warmup try squats but with a band and as u go down make sure there is tension
@@kaytee789 You stand both feet shoulder-width apart, you then do a reverse lunge with one foot behind the other. You can grab something to stabilize yourself at the beginning but with time it will be unnecessary. I'd say, it's perfect to integrate it in your warm-up routine.
If the knees are going slightly outward or inward, it's mostly because of weak/stiff psoas muscles. In lemon teems, vertical hip mobility. It could be a tight/weak piriformis muscle causing lateral hip mobility issue compensated by the knee(s).
PLZ make an at home glute workout. (advanced) & show some compound moves with just dumbells or a barbell (no rack) im trying to do harder glute exercisea.

We can only see her left knee from the right view to know if it is moving so the other one could be moving too. I do know I've heard her say it's normal to have some movement in the knees because they want to go in and refocusing that cue to push out can cause some variation in the line. As long as it stays within a certain range and feels strong then it could be normal. 🤷♀️ Ive seen her in videos say "see right here where my knee goes in a little? That's when I focus on pushing it back out again and that takes a lot of effort so it can move around a bit" or something like that haha.
@@getnis-m6g It's actually pretty standard... Go to any gym and you'll rarely see someone doing just 1 or 2 exercises for their entire workout. It's normal to do a few different ones
