Barry, that flavour injector was just a big syringe, you should have sucked up the sauce and the pushed out any air, the problems you had were likely because of how much air was in the syringe section.

I have a needle tenderizer without the injector. I spread garlic powder and other seasonings on , then worchestershire sauce then use the tenderizer. Does a great job of getting the good stuff into the meat.

I freaked out a wee bit barry, when you pulled out a fully green avocado... in NZ our avocados are a very dark green/black. When they are that bright green, they would be hard as rocks here 😂
They say, to keep your avocado dip- AKA: Gaucamole from turning brown, put the seed in the middle and put a lid/cover over top and good to go for that party later on in the day. Some gauc dip companies actually have the pit in the middle of the dip AND/OR a little 'caution' on the side: 'May contain pit'
For the avocado an even better tip than citrus to keep it from turning brown . Smear mayonnaise on the exposed avocado then put the leftover skin over that. Wrap tight with cling film. Lasts days longer!
There is a simpler and , probably, sturdier version of the meat tenderizer: "Jaccard Supertendermatic 48-Blade Tenderizer". This does not have the reservoir nor the injectors but will be less messy to use. Where I first used one we would Jaccard the heck out of our steaks, then layer the steaks and cover with our marinade.
i made a dinner fortune wheel kinda thing. with veggies, starches and such, the kids rotate and have to eat, of course the things on there were things would eat, but helps with the variations and to include kids that are more likely to eat their food if they feel they had a say

We thought that she was not going to try different foods because when she was a baby she had something called sandifers syndrome, and every time she would eat she would feel sick, and this tray has got her to try new foods. cake in microwave is ALWAYS more like rubber sponges because the eggs scramble a little as microwaves excite water molecules. Eggs are wetter than the cake mix and so cook quicker, becoming a little rubbery.
Barry, the reason why steak can be eaten rare is because the inside is untouched by bacteria, poking it with needles is basically injecting bacteria into the steak, meaning for safe consumption you'd have to do it well done!
