After 2019 bone cancer diagnosis, 3 foot surgeries & chemotherapy I've been living in a boot, cast & on crutches. So when I found Caroline's hurt foot videos last year so happy. Delighted to find this video today. Added to my favourites now along with your other excellent hurt foot videos. Great to have the mix of chair, floor & stretching. Thank you for helping those of us with injuries, illness or disabilities to feel included in staying fit. I'm still smiling 😃 & staying strong. Lots of love from the UK xx

I couldn't agree more with these comments (even though some are 2 years old). I am almost into week 4 of a Grade 2 ankle sprain. Now I have hope. This full body workout is as challenging as ones I have done with a personal trainer. Thank you so very much. You saved my sanity.

Caroline Jordan girl please do a workout routine for someone suffering from hamstring tendinitis! I’ve been following your videos religiously and would sooooo benefit from a video designated not only to provide a killer workout for someone with this injury but also exercises that help strengthen the area and butt! I’ve been suffering with the injury for 3 years and have scoured the internet for a good workout routine. Thanks for this video!

Today, I'm smiling even more than usual, having just finished my first workout with you! I am so grateful to be working out safely while healing. We are currently still sheltering in place with COVID-19, and I'm thankful that my injury came during this time so I can comfortably heal. You are a fantastic teacher with a fabulous personality!

Thank you for filming this video to encourage those of us with a foot injury to safely stay in shape and stay/get strong to aid in our recovery. I’ve been so depressed since breaking my foot and dejected that I couldn’t live my normal life. You have helped me reclaim my independence and have motivated me to get back to exercise. I’m an avid Pilates practicer and miss the studio and the reformer. Your exercises have helped me take the first step to safely get back in to do mat Pilates exercises as well as your videos. I just recently found your video, I hurt my foot 6 months ago and only recently, after exhausting every remedy I could think of, discovered it was indeed broken. I love running and working out and for 7 months I’ve been sulking and doing nothing. With your encouragement, I made it through this video....cried a few times because of focusing on what I can’t do instead of what I can do! Thank you for your encouraging attitude. Thank you so much Caroline. At 67 with arthritis I’ve been really trying to reclaim my fitness, I normally walk a fair way everyday with my dog, when on Tuesday I fell and broke my ankle. So discouraged you couldn’t believe. Someone on Noom recommended your videos on YT, and I’ve SO enjoyed it. I’ve always loved Pilates - some of the exercises were a bit beyond me but I just adapted then to use the same muscle groups. I will definitely try to check you out every day. After a few days of being really discouraged I now feel I may come through this injury in a better place than I went in. You are an inspiration and God bless you and your work

Caroline, thank you so much! I had a major car accident a year and a half ago. My ankle, tibia, and fibula were all broken, and the road to recovery has been long. I have had four surgeries to try and reconstruct my ankle. Although they were as successful as they could be, my mobility is now much less than it used to be. I was a 3-mile a day walker and 1/2 marathon runner, and now, that will no longer be the case. I've been told that even walking a mile or two a day regularly for the sake of exercise is going to add more arthritis to what is already there. These videos that you have created are a huge blessing. I have not been able to find workout routines that were engaging enough to be enjoyable, but didn't require substantial modification for injury. These are perfect. Your attitude is empowering! Thank you again!

Thankyou so much Caroline. I recently had foot and calf surgery. I’m in my 3rd week and I just came across this video. This has helped me so much. It’s very helpful because I’m really forced to stretch my calf muscle. Part of the surgery was he had to stretch my calf muscle. My muscle had been so tense and stiff, and once I started doing these workouts, it became easier to move.( full procedure was removal of the accessory navicular bone, stretching of my calf muscle, cadaver wedges in 2 places, and tendon was moved to a different place.) I had been so discouraged. After my first workout I was in tears. Tears of joy. It was the first time I had been happy. I was so used to an active lifestyle, and the only reason I had done the surgery was so that I could continue my active lifestyle, without being in pain. It has been so encouraging seeing my progress, and I know I could not have done it without you. I’m still unable to bear weight, but this makes my feel like I’m actually doing something good for my body. I’ve still got a long long journey, but I’m getting farther everyday. I’m not dreading having the same surgery on my other foot, now that I know theses videos exist. Once again Caroline, Thankyou so much!

I just want to thank you for making the hurt foot work out series, especially this video!! I recently had a bone fracture and was miserable because I am a super active person, couldn't work out was driving me crazy. As soon as I was allowed to do partial weight bearing I saw your video and I love it! I have been doing it every day because it targets all the area I want to work out. & i especially appreciate how you are soooo encouraging in this video.

Yo Caroline - I broke my leg two weeks ago doing what I love (sport) - and as a fit and active person training for an event this was a major blow. Your video has been AMAZING. Although I can't exercise to the level I'm used to, this video keeps me active and feeling strong. It's the only video I've found with someone actually in a boot and I am blown away by how much I can do. Thanks so much for your energy, positivity and enthusiasm. You rock!

My wedding is in two months and I was working out to lose a couple of kilos, when I twisted my ankle and ended up in a plaster cast. I found this video and started working out. You are so encouraging and uplifting. Feeling positive. Thank you so much. Wishing a quick and happy recovery to everyone who's here.

I just re-fractured a bone in my left foot and it destroyed me. I am a dancer and actress and this injury is making me incredibly discouraged about missing out on upcoming opportunities and physical strength. This workout video is AMAZING, but your positive outlook even more so! I needed the reminder that I can continue growth despite my injury! Thank you!

hi Caroline, I just wanted to thank you so much for your amazing and uplifting videos! I am 19 monthes into my recovery after a serious accident shattered my tibia leaving me with 11 cm of bone missing. Your videos have not only kept me physically active and healthy but also provided a tremendous amount of support mentally. Your kind, empathetic words and encouragement have been a life line for me. No words can express my gratitude for the comfort and support I have received from your videos. Thank you so very much.

I am so happy I found your workouts. I normally run 18-20 miles a week, but now have a foot injury. I had felt so discouraged, but you've helped me realize I'm not as limited as I thought and I can still get a good workout in! Thank you so much for what you do!

I seriously loved doing this workout. I’ve been so discouraged since I broke my foot and felt blah after not being able to exercise for weeks. I feel better after this workout than I have in a long time. Thank you for making this video. You are a great instructor as well , super positive and helpful, and I enjoy exercising along with you.

I broke my ankle at a terrible time -- right before a 100-mile bike ride to be followed by a 140-mile bike ride I had been training months for. Right before vacations. When I was hoping to convert the bike riding stamina into Fall marathon training. Needless to say, I was discouraged and frustrated. Finding these videos has been a breath of fresh air. They've given me lots of great ideas for workouts I can still do and your positive attitude and friendly approach has been uplifting. Thank you so much for doing these and posting them up. It means a lot at a tough time.

Thank You for motivating me post ankle surgery to stay active and emotionally sane! I cant wait to get back to running . I am confident that your videos are going to help me do just that, I am also battling sciatica/periformis syndrome in addition to my ankle. With you sciatica stretching and strength training video I have already noticed improvement with that nerve; allowing me to sit like a normal person. The biggest test will be when I go back to running. That sciatic pain is enough to put all running to a quick halt! Thank You Carolyn!

Your positive spirit and messages blend with my yoga experience, which has also been extremely limited by a broken bone in my foot. Second time in four years. I am sweating the most I have in weeks and I welcome it!!!!! Much gratitude for helping me ough this challenge. Namaste

Thank you! I am a runner and I broke my 5th metatarsal. This is wonderful- at first I was really fighting getting discouraged. I had spend Jan and Feb eating well, getting in really good shape and then BAM! Your workouts are motivating me to stay active and continue my healthy lifestyle- I can't smile like you during the workouts yet, but maybe one day.......

@Caroline Jordan, Thank you for the hurt foot fitness videos! I find a lot of comfort and exercise-joy in them throughout my recovery process. Still 3,5 weeks to go in a cast, but I feel like I can still make progress on other parts of my body. I was a runner and did cross fit, now I adjust my cross fit routine and do your videos on a daily basis to get warm and moving and to stay sane. Love from Holland!

I found this video and channel on a reddit forum when searching for safe ways to work out with a broken toe and I am so glad I did. I just broke my toe and was so bummed at the thought of not being able to run for weeks while it heals. The leg-crossed-over sit-ups at the end kicked my butt!! Thank you for this and for all your positivity throughout.

Hi Caroline so glad I found your video as I was beginning to freak out about exercising with my b v sore foot, I'm used to an hour of running or cycling and a hi intensity 10 min circuit per day! So couch time just doesn't sit right! Thanks so much you've given me such positivity

Thank you for this. I fractured my foot and thought I only had 1 month of recovery. The doctor told me it would take another 3 weeks at least and I was started to feel really trapped. My mental health was declining and I felt like my body wasn't right. Your smiles and positive motivation in this video really made my month. I felt a cloud of negativity clear from my head and I really just wanted to say thank you.

I have developed stress fractures in my right foot several times over the past few years and your hurt foot series is always my go-to when recovering from them.
When not injured, I do your mini band with dumbbells 3 times a week along with my cardio.
The best (???) thing about the foot injuries is that it forces me out of my workout ruts and makes me realize what muscles I’ve been ignoring.
    Thanks, Caroline!

Hello Caroline, THANK YOU so much for making this video. Broken ankle here. 54 yrs young, and gaining weight sitting on the couch! :( THEN, I found your video. Spirits are up, and weight is down! I wanted to find something positive out of this injury, and I am determined to continue working out to improve my health. You have been instrumental in that decision! Sincerely, Bob

This video has changed my life. Suffering from tendinitis in my feet, I needed an alternative exercise to my daily walking. I happened upon this many months ago and have been doing it conscientiously ever since. As upbeat Caroline keeps saying, you'll be better off than ever … thanks to your injury! I have never done such a full-body routine before. My overall health and well-being have improved, and various chronic problems, such as aching back, been much ameliorated. Alas, I'm still stuck with the tendinitis; but, over all, as I say, I think I'm actually doing better. Thank you so much, Caroline!

It was challenging which i loved. Thanks again, great workout for full body x
