I'd love to try on of those 500's. My 462 goes through wood that quick for about 2 minutes lol. Then find myself having to push a lot more. Ive started using my little Husquvarna 350 I brought out of retirement and even my little Echo 355T for most of the wood Im cutting. This season Ive been fortunate to be cutting nothing but tops so most of it has been 12" and under.
@@765Guys Hey Genin , yes sir we do and we got our water fixed also . The main water line broke from the meter to our house and we had to have a whole new line put in . Thanks for asking my friend .
I must have missed a video! When did you get the saw ported, do you have a video about that that I can go back and watch? I'd be curious to hear more about the porting, and the person who did it.
Never thought about a 8pin. Do you need a different length chain with an 8pin? Would think it would increase chain speed but reduce torque. You notice any drop in torque from the stock 7pin?
@@BBlu-m9r no you don’t need a longer chain, yes it increases speed and reduces torque. If I was going to noodle extensively or runs longer bar I’d put the 7 pin back on.
That thing definitely sounds mean, doesn't seem to 4 stroke as bad ( or much at all) in the the smaller logs and absolutely screams in the bigger ones!! I keep telling myself no tho 😂😂 maybe next year, after an Mt100 🤦
The 500 is rippin!! Sounds super smooth and consistent. You let me know when they start doing 462’s. Mine will be right behind yours!
@@McKameyFarms will do, hopefully very soon!
Saw is running real good now!! Nice work on those logs! Take care Genin👊🏻

When your chain is getting dull you have to dog it in to put load on it or it's over revving. Sounds great but it's not good. Heat
How is it on fuel now?
@@iffykidmn8170 I’d say about the same as before, it’s thirsty but it does get alot done.
