The Roof in my Shop Was Too Short...So I Did This.

I'm fixing everything wrong with my 3 acre farmhouse. My mission is to make my house and property perfect. I know that is only a goal and not practically achievable, but the pursuit is what I find the most fun. So, hang out with me as I go through the motions of fixing everything one detail at a time.
I decided I needed more headroom in the shop so that I would quit hitting the trusses when I brought in plywood sheets. So, I did what anyone else would do and reengineered them. I converted the traditional trusses to scissor trusses and added a few feet of headroom so that I will no longer bonk them.
