Such an awesome video … Actually now I realise “We r stupid” 🤓. I have been working out for over 5 years now and I realized that initially I use to be finicky of not missing even a single session but as I grew matured I realized that “Gym isn’t your whole life but just a part of life”

What I've learned from Akshay Sir is "DO WHAT'S SUSTAINABLE" and "DON'T GO FOR SHORTCUTS" so for my whole life I'll eat healthily and do regular workout, rest everything will be taken care off by body itself.....Thank you so much Akshay Sir for giving us such valuable guidance🙂🙂

Totally agree with Akshay on this. Fitness nowadays is more into social media angle. It's important to be fit and healthy which will promote longevity but sadly today's kids are more into making reels and are willing to go that extra mile risking everything. It's important to get educated first, research, and follow a healthy lifestyle.

I had suffered two knee injuries in my teens which had led me to be bed ridden for month and having inactive lifestyle following that i gained fats. But in recents a year or i have started doing walk every day since I cannot run without swollen knees and getting bed ridden. I have slowly manage to increase my walk distance every month from 15 km last year to 71 km this month. My hope is to get 100km walk in coming month. All so that I can get healthier and fit. Thanks for your advice sir on health issues keep educating us ^_^

Sir trust me yesterday during my ground workout i discussed the same topic with a 20 year old boy he was doing core workout n i suggested him to focus on overall health n don't run behind shredded physique because at the end of ur journey u will realise that fitness n health are complimentary with each other n for that u need time proper training n nutrition.
Don't judge someone's fitness n health on the basis of six packs n huge biceps 😅😅😅.

Learned this hard way, and I completely agree going with extreme cutting and going for shoots makes you happy for a while but leaves you drained, you associate every little thing with your physique and the moment it goes down you get demotivated. Have a vision about how you want to pursue training and what physique you want to attain and work for long term goal is much better along with keeping you family life and job in check else everything will take a hit. Can relate from this totally thanks for sharing

this is one of the many myth busting videos posted by Akshay sir highlighting core issues related to fitness, health and general well being. The one aspect which makes this video special and very relatable in present day scenario is its hard hitting stance against social media influence and fads which is blinding and so overwhelming that youths are being gulled in following trends in huge numbers…A serious note of thanks to sir for putting it across so explicitly for the young wannabes who are too deluded to see through the facade ….being in Armed forces myself I consider myself lucky to have known and learnt this important part of fitness during training days itself wherein it’s ingrained into people’s mind that fitness is a way of life and not some short term intense routines to get into shape/ achieve minor goals, just to show off…again thanks to him for bringing it up in such simple terms…really appreciate the efforts …👏👍

Doing certain things for your body tends to give you small achivements which lead to confidence which leads to better performance in your work life . So if a person is getting a six pack when he achive the goal that he can do it too will increase his mental power to do impossible things for their monetary lifestyle. So I guess everything has a connection

Really great video. I was swayed by the six pack trend. But subconsciously I was looking for the truth behind healthy and fit and just a facade. Thank you sir. I have always trust in you that you show us the right way and you never disappoint us.

sir recently i had observed ki aapp common sense wale topics par video banate hai..any aware person already know this...a insta or you tube post is enough to explain this...make series on digestion, sleep, virus amd bacterial infection, immunity, brain function,...even digestion alone is very important and big topic...these topics will be helpful to everyone
