    When this video came out I could do 0 hollow rocks and the earthquake didn't work either - today I managed 5 hollow rocks and holding the earth quake till the end!!

    I have been doing this workout for two years now (in the summertime regularly) and I never even bother myself to look for other ab workouts. I got the flat strong stomach I always wanted to have. I’m truly grateful for that!! Thank you 💗

    I did this workout a few months ago and the results WERE AMAZING!!! I could genuinely see an 11 on my stomach.
    Sadly, I got unmotivated and stopped and lost all the results, but now I’m gonna get back on the horse and do there again, with hopes that I’ll get that body I had before!!

    I don't remember ever doing this one and it was nice. There's so many videos that don't go on the calendar that should be there so that there is more variety because she has so many to choose from. I hope whoever's doing the calendar will take that into account

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 4 minutes and completely gave up 😟My MIL did this full lesson powerfully non stop! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated.

    I wish it was the other way around ..so I could do the easy moves when I have barely any energy left ...and take on the hard moves ...strong ...but it was such a fun work out

      A workout tip, it actually works better if you do the hard moves at the end, it makes you a lot stronger if you ware yourself out before having to work super hard than if you do the difficult moves first!

    I remember a while ago when I did one of your videos for the first time, and I basically died a quarter of the way through. After a few months of following the calendar workouts, I feel so much stronger and prouder of my body. For a long time, I hated my muscular thighs, but now I love that they give me so much strength.     When I started working out I didn't know what to do and I didn't find it fun. Then I found you and I've been consistently working out for at least a month (new record) I went to other sites and while their workouts were effective, I lost my motivation.       but Cardio kills her and she gets tired really quickly

    I used to workout with pinterests but I didnt feel a burn after 30 minutes but now I’m trying youtube workouts from you and you got me sore in like 10 minutes! It’s amazing
