      I did freshening up on 04 ram 2500 n brakes will probably be doing same with new 2 me 00 f250 as well but on the ram the spring spacer went on top

    My 01 f250 superduty has leaf springs, I run 315-75-16 on stick rims, slight rub on spring at hard right

      Yeah mine rubbed on the front chrome bumper so I had to trim off on both sides but the way I did it you can't tell.

    My friend, that look worlds better now. I got an old plain 01 350 retired work truck and want to do everything that you did here. Really want to wake up the front end look. These stock headlight as so dim I use bright option and nobody bright lights me back to complain.

    Truck looks sharp. Just ordered a slew of parts for mr 01 F250SD 2WD. Going a bit different setup with dream beams drop kits for the front and will use blocks to lower the rear. 5/7” should put it way closer to the ground.

      @@oggarage3459 Hydra is a add on. At this point I’m running Jelibilt tunes. Hydra sure wakes up the old 7.3. Running 238/100 Full Force sticks with a KC stage 3. It rips pretty good for a mild build.

    Good video. The insulator that you trimmed was not necessarily. It’s purpose is to eliminate metal on metal contact - Coil Spring to Spring Seat. You installed 2” poly urethane leveling blocks. No metal on metal. Looking forward to seeing the truck when you get everything installed.

    Hey! I’m rebuilding my 2001 7.3 4WD. Doing a two inch leveling kit. I’m ordering a set of 17 inch Methods wheels.. thinking 285/70/17 which measures out to be a 33 inch tire on an all terrain BF Goodrich. I noticed your 305/55/20 setup is a 33 inch tire as well.. is there a little bit of rubbing?

      @@oggarage3459 ha!! I'm the same on social media bud, Instagram, tictok but my kids show me, but TH-cam I use as upload all my cruise ship videos from drone.. Only had truck 3 weeks but truck number 7... Done same as you, got the 2005 grill fitted and one piece headlights, but they are a pain as have had to do alot of cutting to get to fit.. Next is the level kit then wheels, done the 6637 filter, have a Hydra chip, then exhaust after wheels but will struggle as most don't ship here... Thankfully everything works and serviced it.. One question though, can you fit a double din radio? Sure I did on my 6.8 SC dually but was 15 years ago so can't remember if direct fit.. I'll sub you anyway as interest in the trucks no matter, I also have a 09 LAPD Tahoe PPV 😁😁😁

      @@cruisescape thanks for subscribing I've been trying to grow my channel but it takes a lot work,I work on cars a lot but don't film it most of the time,like my 2006 f 150 I painted with black bed liner looks good but I didn't get it on video,anyways in answer to your question yes a double din radio will fit but you have to order a double din dash kit so that it will fit nice and snugg and you might have to do a little bit of trimming, I know I had to trim some when I installed my stereo on my E350 to make it fit.

      @@oggarage3459 thanks buddy, Actually I do now recall having to cut between radio and heating panel.. The cage kit, install kit will be an issue, so will have to import 😢
      I thought about doing DIY videos but I normally throw shit, start swearing, etc plus I sound like an English South West farmer, 🤣🤣🤣Example, trying to remove original O2 sensors, 4 of the buggers on a LAPD Tahoe PPV as running rich on bank 1, they will not budge, like not a tiny bit and on the easy one at present, 2 more up nr manifold will be when a set it on fire 😁😁😁.

    Is the alignment still appearing to be good? Did you go up in rim/wheel size with the setup?

      Yes alignment still good drives nice and straight and the rims are 20x12 - 24 offset, tires are 305 55 20, I did had to trim a little bit off the bumper because it would rub while backing up but is not noticeable .

    I put 2in in the rear and 2.5 in the front and put 35in tires on. But they still rub when I'm turning, do yours do the same?

      They did thats why I had to cut off some of the front bumper, no more rubbing.

      @zackestes5958 If it is a 2WD, I'm pretty sure they don't make lift kits, only leveling kits. I looked everywhere and wasn't able to find any.

    Hey, i did the same front lift on mine. However, i have a terrible camber. I’ve brought it to the alignment shop. They can’t seem to get rid of the camber. I have the adjuster camber bushings (the big ones) my alignment shop installed them. So they are aware of what they are and what they do. Any tips for me to fix camber would be helpful. The truck is currently on jacks trying to figure it out before i just remove the lift blocks…

      The camber nut I used is and ACDelco,my truck was also camber before the alignment but the shop I took it to didn't have any issues doing the alignment,she drives nice and straight.the link to the camber nut I used is in the description, am not sure if the camber nut you used is the problem it may be.

      Also the leveling kit I bought was a 2" and it came with shocks that are supposed to be longer than the stock ones.

      305/55/20, +20 offset .yes, they did rub a little bit. I had to trim the bumper a little bit.

      I drove it to the alignment shop about 8 miles aways and it felt ok to drive .

      Buenos dias, todo bien hasta el momento no le falla nada yo nomas la manejo local pero estas trocas con el motor 7.3 so las mejores trocas de diesel que ay. No compres la 6.0 o la 6.4 muchos problemas la 6.7 un poquito mejor pero la 7.3 es la mejor. Buen dia.

      These are 305/55/20 which are equivalent to 33.2x12R20 and I had some rubbing at first but all good after trimming some of the front bumper.

    Pretty sure you need to loosen the inner I beam bolts and retighten them at your new ride height. Otherwise the bushings are under constant tension

      @@oggarage3459 I do. Most factory rubber bushing flex with suspension movement. The center pins dont rotate in the bushings like after market urethane, or solid bushings do. Just tryin to help. If the bushings are actually under constant tension they will fail prematurely and lead to alot of noise and sloppy steering. The control arms also need to be loosened and retightened while the truck is sitting on the ground at the new ride height.

      ⁠@@edjackson4389I’m not yet familiar with suspension work on this truck, could you give a quick explanation on where those bolts can be found? And when you retighten them, would it be when the truck is sitting on the ground like you specified with the control arms? If yes, i guess the truck is never even jacked up at all for this part and it’s just a matter of cracking the bolts loose and just torquing them back down again with the truck never leaving the ground? Long questions, but I’d appreciate any feedback

      @@thejman99 It will be the inner mount bolts on the Ibeams where they pivot. I get them loose and bounce the truck by pushing on the front bumper to make sure they settle into their new position and retighten them. All this needs to be done with full weight on the front suspension (not jacked up).

      Yeah a little bit rougher due to the fact that I have off road tires other than that it rides nice and straight.

      Rims are 20x12-24 offset and tires 305/55/20.

      I have one just like yours but I put a ford f350 differential and I stretch with it 25 thousand pounds 7.3 It is a machine for work it does not run fast they are somewhat slow to get out but the truth is that I do not change it for any of the current market 25 thousand or 27 thousand for an old engine is a beast I walk a mini 5 car trailer
