I love the way he keeps it simple. I thought frittatas were supposed to be cooked on the hob and finished in the oven. Gennaro keeps it simple by just putting the lid on the pan ! Genius. Love this man and his passion for cooking. He is my favourite chef. Never get bored of watching him :)

I just made a frittata before I realized this video was posted. I put random frozen veggies and cheese in it. I also added some prosciutto on top, it was really good and easy to make. 10/10 would recommend.

Delish!! I make my frittatas in the same red dot pan! It's the best for large egg dishes. This is so good in the spring and summer with fresh veggies from the garden, it is always a seasonal dish!

I just made the pancetta and onion one but without spinach. I added tuna and tomatoes as well, trying to use stuff up that was in the fridge, and I also added some herbs to the egg mixture. It was soooo good! Thank you!
